Ａ Study on Organizational Innovation of Cultural /Creative Industry in Taiwan ─ with the Perspective of Process Theory

文化創意產業乃二十一世紀全球新興主流產業，其創新歷程在組織創新環節中，扮演關鍵性角色，惟目前國內探討「組織創新歷程」之研究並未多見，對文化創意產業的組織創新歷程，更鮮少著墨。 本研究採用質性研究方法，運用階段/歷程之研究取向，並以Amabile的「組織創新歷程模式」為理論基礎，針對台灣核心文化創意產業做多重個案分析，並以事後回溯研究、深入訪談、及三角測量等方法，分析並建構其組織創新之階段與歷程模式，藉以瞭解文化創意產業組織創新所經過之思慮模式與作為方法，以及找出影響文化創意產業組織創新歷程之重要因素。 研究發現，文化創意產業的組織創新歷程階段與Amabile的組織創新歷程階段模式有所差異，Amibile認為議程設定為組織創新之首要步驟，本研究卻顯示創意的產生才是文化創意產業組織創新的第一過程，其內容包含了關鍵人物與創造力；又研究顯示，影響組織創新之最重要原因為個人因素，其次為環境與組織因素，此則與Amibile所強調的個人創造力是組織創新之最主要原因互相契合。 除了建構文化創意產業組織創新歷程模式及找出組織創新歷程之影響因素外；本研究另將針對研究結果，推論出台灣文化創意產業組織創新歷程之相關命題，並對文化創意產業經營者提供多項創新意涵建議，期使台灣文化創意產業在組織創新的階段過程中有所依附遵循，進而在組織創新的歷程中精進萃鍊，達成文化深耕與創意加值的產業目標。
For twenty-first century, Cultural/Creative Industry has becoming the main industry which is the emerging stream of the world. With the key point of role of linking for innovational process of organizational innovation, although, there were few studies which focused on the theory of stage of organizational innovation, not to mention the Organizational Innovation of Cultural /Creative Industry. Using the method of qualitative research, operating the intention of process/stage theory，our research based on the theory of process of organizational innovation constructed by Amabile. In order to built the process/stage model of organizational innovation, with the methods of post hoc research, in-depth interview, triangulation and multi-analysis for the core cultural /creative industry of Taiwan, to realize the passing way of thinking and running model of organizational innovation of cultural/creative industry to find out the significant factors which affected the organizational innovation of cultural/creative industries. As the findings, process of organizational innovation of cultural / creative industries was different from the model which Amabile constructed. Amabile set the subject setting as the first stage on organizational innovation, however, our research indicated that creative appearance is just the first step for organizational innovation of cultural /creative industries, included both of key character and creative ability, moreover, this research showed that the individual factor was the most important element on organizational innovation, and the environment factor was the second, the last was the factor of organization. The result that was to match the point which theory was provided by Amabile whose study emphasized that the main reason of organizational innovation was individual creative ability. Besides, after constructed the process model of organizational innovation of cultural/ creative industry and find out the mainly affecting factor on organizational innovation, our research attempted to offer some useful subjects for organizational innovation of Taiwan’s cultural/creative industry, which were based on the result of the study in addition, we will also provide a few implication and suggestion of management for operators on organizational innovation of Taiwan’s cultural/creative industry.
