創新產品與商品化之研究- 以「可調適機車後視鏡」為例

摘要


機車於國內屬於相當重要的一項交通工具,使用的年齡層相當廣泛,但每年因機車出現交通意外的案件也不在少數,這也說明了這項交通工具也具有相當的危險性。而後視鏡對於機車騎士來說,是一項增加安全性的配備,以目前存在於市場上的後視鏡,因視角有限而造成了安全上有著疑慮。而本研究把機車後視鏡進行「創新」的改變,增加可視的角度和能配合騎士的身材去進行調整,以增加機車騎士的安全性。 第二章中先介紹了專利的搜尋方法後,再收集了現有的機車後視鏡專利,然後加以分析存在著哪些優缺點,以這些專利為借鏡,構思出更能幫忙民眾的新型後視鏡。 進而說明本研究的新型專利所擁有的優點,和如何將其商品化;參考之前專利商品化的成功案例,發現成功的商品化應該要和企業管理是相輔相成的。 第四章本研究從生產、財務、行銷、市場調查等方向去分析,增加其商品化之成功的機率,讓專利能提升其價值,而申請者也能以此來當作自行創業的優勢。 最後說明本研究所申請的專利,該如何防範其後進者的仿冒或是侵權的問題,和建議未來想朝著研發邁進的研究者或是企業該如何增加其專利商品成功率,使專利更具其價值。

Motorcycle is one of the most important transportations in Taiwan and it is used by a wide age level. However, there is abundance of accidents caused by motorcycle every year; therefore, this transportation should not be disregarded for such serious problem; otherwise, many more casualties are inevitable. So far as the rear-view mirror for the motorcycle concerned, it is equipment which increases safety. Nevertheless, because of the limited angle of view, the public has the safety concern on those rear-view mirror son the market. Hence, this research focuses on how to have innovative changes which are not only able to add the visible angles of view on the rear-view mirrors but also adjust through different shapes of motorcycle riders, in order to raise the safety for people. In Chapter Two, I introduce the methods of searching for patent firstly; after that, collecting the patent of the rear-view mirrors nowadays is as followed; and then analyzing these present advantages and disadvantages regarded as an object lesson. All the things mentioned above are for figuring out the most appropriate rear-view mirror assists for the numerous motorcycle. Furthermore, the merits owned by this new patent, and the way how to commercialize it into a real product are illustrated in this research. We all know successful merchandise that we can consult by the successful patent commercialization cases previously, ought to have a strong connection with business administration. In Chapter Four, I analyzed from the directions from production, financial affairs, marketing and market research to increase the successful rate on this merchandise. In addition to utilizing above-mentioned resources to raise its value; on the other hand, allow the applicants take this as an advantage to run their own business. Consequently, giving either those researchers who contribute to research and development or the entrepreneur sad vises that can enhance the successful rate on the patented commodity and make the commodity be full of value.
