企業主要的競爭力來自於產品品質,為了因應全球化的挑戰,如何建立品質管理系統以強化企業的流程與品質,是現今企業著重的方向,而ISO 9001規範為全球企業品質系統的通用標準。ISO 9001品質管理系統雖有要求改善的條文規範,但無法提供具體作法以有效改善流程。而企業流程效率的改善,重點在於以顧客需求為導向,滿足顧客需求,本研究結合精實生產著重於去除流程中的浪費、提高作業效率及加快流程速度之特性,以協助公司導入ISO 9001同時可做到流程改善。ISO 9001每隔幾年就會進行改版,以確保內容適用性並跟上時代的變遷,目前可在 ISO 官方網站上取得 ISO 9001: 2015 品質管理系統國際標準草案。本研究提出一整合精實生產與ISO 9001:2015之流程改善架構,協助企業在導入或轉換ISO 9001:2015時,同時做到流程改善。 本研究以南部某鈑金公司為例,採用精實生產使ISO 9001的流程改善有所依據,利用價值流圖將所得到的資料予以分析,使用精實生產手法進行改善,以消除浪費、精簡流程為目標,並將其改善後流程寫成ISO 9001正式文件。本研究其主要貢獻為:1.以ISO 9001:2015為基礎,並結合精實生產方式,提出一整合性架構,作為企業組織的流程改善之依據。2.透過ISO 9001:2015的正式文件,以確保公司產品或服務之品質。3. 透過個案公司推行ISO 9001:2015的流程改善可作為參考。

English Abstract

ISO 9001 standard is a well recognized standard for enterprises to implement for a quality system globally. ISO 9001 has been modified every few years to ensure the applicability of its contents with the ever-changing business landscape. For ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, it does not provide specific methods to improve processes effectively. Since lean production focuses on eliminating waste in processes, increasing work efficiency and accelerating speed of processes, this study aims to integrate ISO 9001: 2015 standard with lean production method to design the framework of quality system and to provide a reference guideline for industries to transform their ISO 9001:2015-based quality system with process improvement. This study uses a sheet metal company in Southern Taiwan as the case study. It adopts lean production to provide a basis for process improvement. Empirical data obtained from value stream mapping (VSM) is used to analyse the performance of improvement using lean production approach. The process is furthered integrated with ISO 9001 documents. In summary, the main contributions of this study are: 1. Propose an integrated framework for enterprises combining ISO 9001:2015 with lean production methodology. 2. Provide specific process improvement process of the quality of products or service for ISO 9001:2015 document system. 3. Serve as a case study of SME to effectively implementing ISO 9001:2015 with clear improvement process.
