Chinese Abstract

全球對於廢棄物的處理概念由妥善處理之方式,轉變成為減少廢棄物的產生、並將有用的廢棄物資源回收在利用後,再生成為新的綠色產品以降低汙染,達到保護環境之目的。根據美國物流管理協會(Council of Logistics Management, CLM) 以廣義觀點說明逆物流為「產源減量、再生、替代、物料再利用、及廢棄物清理等方法進行物流相關活動,在物流程序中扮演物品再生、廢棄物清理及有害物質管理的角色」,因此,逆物流已普遍受到重視。 此研究從五力分析、SWOT的策略觀點,結合關鍵成功因素,來探討個案公司在經營管理中的優勢、劣勢與內、外部環境資源變化的機會、威脅;在選定C公司為個案公司後,利用質性研究-個案研究法的方式,來討論個案公司如何在逆物流產業提升競爭能力,並試圖在公司內部機密資料及現有文獻中,分析出可以用以歸納的作法,並提出關鍵成功因素。 研究結果發現,即便外在經營環境的條件越來越嚴苛,如:政府部門執法日趨嚴格、大型企業投入競爭的意願提高,個案公司的關鍵成功因素-企業化管理、資訊化系統、優質人才等因素,相較於以往,需要更有系統地整合起來,再配合完整的策略分析工具提出全面性的策略規劃,才能快速拓展其市場規模,及提升個案公司在市場的競爭優勢。

English Abstract

Global concept for waste disposal by way of the deal changed to reduce waste generation, waste resources and useful recycling after use, recycled into new green products in order to reduce pollution, achieve the purpose of protecting the environment. According to United States Council of logistics management (Council of Logistics Management, CLM) to generalized opinions illustrate the inverse logistics as "source reduction, recycling and substitution, material reuse, and logistics-related activities such as waste disposal, plays in the logistics processes of goods recycled, waste disposal and hazardous substance process management roles" and, therefore, reverse logistics is universally valued.
