眼鏡鏡片雷射切割之研究

摘要


本文針對全框眼鏡及無框眼鏡鏡片研究使用雷射機台切割眼鏡鏡片的方法,因而提昇眼鏡鏡片研磨配製,並增加無框眼鏡造型設計的彈性。本文使用影像處理技術擷取鏡框內緣邊緣點,並將之轉換為鏡片切割的外廓軌跡,而控制雷射切割系統而執行鏡片外型切割。再者,本文亦建立一雷射切割深度與雷射切割功率、進給速度間關係的模型,以提供全框鏡片邊緣倒角切割、無框鏡片圓孔切割與logo標誌打印之用。此外,本文亦發展一鏡片夾持的裝置與方法,提供鏡片切割時精密定位與鏡片不同面切割時翻轉用。

This paper proposed a laser cutting method for full-frame and frameless spectacles lenses to promote the speed and flexibility of the spectacles lenses process. The trajectory of laser cutting process is acquired from the contour of spectacle frame by the image processing technology. Then the relationship model between the cutting depth and the power of laser source and the federate is setup to provide the functions of chamfer cutting of the contour of lenses, the hole drilling of frameless spectacles lenses and the logo mark printing of the lenses. Finally, a fixture device is also developed for positioning precisely the lenses and turning the lenses for the cutting of the different surface of the lenses.
