近來,城鄉教育環境差距懸殊,期望對教育有所貢獻,啟迪本研究的研究動機;藉由實證探討,瞭解小型國小人事服務品質的現況,進而提出具體的建議供相關機關及人士參考應用就成了本研究之目的。 本研究應用問卷調查方法,採用分層隨機抽樣方式,以雲林縣小型國小教師為母體,以敘述分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後檢定、成對樣本t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關、重要度-表現分析法等統計方法進行分析,獲得以下主要結果: 一、服務重視程度:教師擔任職務不同時,有顯著差異,科任教師明顯高於級任教師且兼有給行政職教師明顯高於級任教師;其餘背景變項無顯著差異。 二、服務感受程度:教師擔任職務不同時,有顯著差異,科任教師明顯高於級任教師且兼有給行政職教師明顯高於級任教師;不同兼任人事人員類別有顯著差異,本校公務人員顯著大於他機關專任人事人員;其餘背景變項無顯著差異。 三、人事業務服務品質:人事人員類別不同有顯著差異,本校公務人員顯著大於他機關專任人事人員;其餘背景變項無顯著差異。 四、人事業務服務品質與人事整體服務滿意度之間有顯著的正向相關。 最後,根據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,供縣(市)人事及教育主管機關、學校、兼任人事人員及後續研究者之參考。
The urban and rural learning environments differ a lot in recent years. The research motive of this study is in hopes of making some contributions to education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the personnel administration’s service quality and satisfaction of small elementary schools in Yunlin County. Questionnaire survey is adopted in this study with the method of stratified random sampling. The teachers at the small elementary schools in Yunlin County are the research subjects. The obtained data are analyzed with descriptive analysis, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, post hoc test, paired-sample t test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and importance-performance analysis (IPA). The results of this study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences between “teacher’s position” and service quality’s expectation. 2. There are significant differences between “teacher’s position” and quality service’s actual feeling; there are significant differences between “type of personnel administration’s staff” and service quality’s actual feeling. 3. There are significant differences between “type of personnel administration’s staff” and service quality. 4. There are significant positive relationships between service quality and satisfaction.
