本研究之主要目的在於發展一種快速收折轉換機構之創新設計方法,將機構縮放即可達到轉換功能,因為轉換機構在各種領域有相當廣泛開發潛力與應用價值。因此本研究首先將各種不同運動鏈進行構造合成,其次將運動鏈串並聯組合創新多種轉換機構,創新設計包括有自行車-行李車之轉換機構、自行車置架-儲放櫃之轉換機構、燈-扇之轉換機構、桌-櫃之轉換機構、鏡-置物架之轉換機構及單層-多層幾何桌之轉換機構等,展現這些轉換機構之展開及收折轉換其連續變化過程,尤其提出了一種新的多層平面串並聯組合方法,結合創新機構設計原理,達到單層與多層、平面與立體之快速收折轉換機構。本研究所提出之創新設計方法將可進一步擴展至醫療輔具、運動器材及生活科技等不同應用上,相當具有未來發展性。
The main purpose of the study is to develop a creative design method of rapid folding transformation mechanism. Folded or expand its mechanisms can achieve transformation function. due to the transformation mechanisms in various areas have fairly broad development potential and its application value. First of all, the study will establish a variety of different synthesis of kinematic chains. Secondly, kinematic chains in series parallel combinations can synthesis a variety of transformation mechanisms. Creative design of transformation mechanisms including bicycles-luggage cart transformation, bicycle place-storage cabinets transformation, light-fan transformation, tables-cabinets transformation, mirror-glass shelf transformation and single layer-multi layer geometry tables transformation and so on. Then, to show these converters the expanded and rapid transformation of continuous change processes. Especially, a new method of multilayer series and parallel combinations, combined with innovative mechanisms design principles, single-layer and multi-layer, planar and space fast conversion mechanism of the folding is presented. Innovation design method of this study has significant future development, will be extended to medical assistive device and sports equipment on different applications.
