運用失效模式與效應分析於汽車零組件外銷檢驗品質之研究 - 以個案汽車公司為例

摘要

國際油價大幅波動及全球經濟衰退等外在負面因素影響之下，全球汽車產業的發展重心已逐步移向亞洲，在全球分工體系與降低生產成本的考量下，汽車大廠也積極尋求外銷亞洲的合作夥伴，這對於許多亞洲汽車零組件廠商想拓展外銷通路是一個極佳的成長機會。不過相對而言，要加入全球汽車供應鏈體系，零組件外銷供應品質也相當嚴苛，不少台灣廠商的製造技術水平要提升到很高的等級，將強化車輛領域研發經費投入，建立起國內整車自主工業所需的系統關鍵技術開發，並帶動關鍵零組件產業成長，促進研發技術協助業者提供及時與整合的支援，使國內車廠能夠順利突破進軍國際市場增加競爭力。

本研究主要在探討個案公司的汽車零組件外銷檢驗品質，並運用導入失效模式與效應分析(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis ,FMEA)建立檢驗品質構面衡量模式，將此構面模式萃取出之項目。

International oil prices and global economic recession under the influence of negative factors, the global automobile industry has gradually shifted to Asia, in the global division of labor and lower production cost, the automobile industry is also actively seeking to export Asia, which for many Asian automobile parts makers has excellent growth opportunities to expand the export channel. But, to join the global automobile supply chain system the quality of automobile parts and components exports are quite stringent, many Taiwan manufacturers need to upgrade manufacturing technology and R&D investments, domestic automobile industry technologies needed for systems development, and promote the key components growth, technical assistance to research, development and integration of the automobile industry to provide timely support into the international market increase its competitiveness.

This study focuses on the case's automobile parts quality for export inspection and the methodology is Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to establish tests to measure the quality of model dimensions and items extraction.
