校務研究之遠距教學數據分析

摘要


由於少子化的衝擊及環境的影響,各大專院校面臨招生壓力,而在解決方案中,以校務研究最受矚目,教育部為協助學校提升校務管理能力,訂定要點並以學習成效為初始目標。政府近十多年來非常重視遠距教學、數位學習之推展,頒布法令放寬學分之限制,鼓勵大學開設遠距教學課程。因此,本研究分析全國遠距教學開課情形,並以個案學校為研究,建立研究假設,以探討大專院校學生互動性、學習動機、學習策略以及學習滿意度之間的關聯性。研究採用量化研究之調查法,以個案學校修習過遠距教學之學生為研究對象,發放紙本問卷蒐集研究資料,將無效問卷進行排除後,有效問卷共計99份。回收資料以SPSS 20.0 與SmartPLS 3.2統計分析軟體進行敘述性統計、信效度分析與研究假設檢定。研究結果發現,在遠距教學中:(1)「互動性」對「學習動機」具正向之影響;(2)「互動性」與「學習動機」對「學習策略」具正向之影響;以及(3)「互動性」、「學習動機」與「學習策略」對「學習滿意度」具正向之影響。

Due to the impact of the declining birthrate, colleges and universities are faced with the pressure of low enrollment. Institutional research has been recognized as an effective solution for the enrollment problem. The Ministry of Education indicated the learning effectiveness as the initial goal in order to help universities improve their ability in school management. On the other hand, the evolution of science and technology has led to the shift in teaching patterns and the increasing popularity of distance education. The government greatly promoted distance education and digital learning in the recent decade and announced laws and regulations to relax credit restrictions and encourage universities to offer distance education courses. This study used the questionnaire survey method and collected research data from those students who have took distance education courses in the case school. Collected data were analyzed using the Partial least squares method to examine all research hypotheses. The results show that: (1) interactivity has a positive effect on learning motivation; (2) interactivity and learning motivation have a positive effect on learning strategy; and (3) interactivity and learning motivation and learning strategy have a positive effect on learning satisfaction.
