模組化產品設計旨在發展一個可以快速組合與容易分離之模組實體。本文主要提出以可拓知識為基礎之模組產品的快速設計架構,並應用於快速發展的產品設計之中。本文先將模組化產品設計之範圍區分為(1)模組確認 (2)模組規格設計(3)模組產品設計,在模組確認中先定義顧客需求與模組之間的關聯,而模組規格設計中嘗試先將顧客需求與模組規格關係應用可拓方法建立可拓知識庫,並透過此產品知識庫進行模組知識方案的發散,產生多樣化的模組產品群,以滿足顧客需求。在模組產品設計中,將模組方案透過模糊品質機能展開方法建立轉換機制,並以歐式距離 (Euclidean distance)之模組知識方案的收斂決策,以回應顧客需求或快速進行新組件之工程設計規格,最後完成模組產品之組裝設計,即完成模組產品設計。 本研究運用SQL Server資料庫為基礎製作推理機制,其中SQL Server主要用於知識庫的儲存,利用T-SQL語法對知識庫進行搜尋發散過程與收斂之推理,進行插入、刪除等操作以完成對知識庫的管理。本文並以自行車之設計研究做為一個實際例子,將自行車需求與設計轉換機制建立可拓知識庫範例,使客戶可以參考之實體,讓顧客快速選擇滿足所需之產品。 總之,以可拓知識庫為基礎之模組產品快速設計具有滿足顧客之多樣性、互換性、相容性等特性,有效的縮短產品設計時間,達到快速回應顧客所需之目標。
Modular product design aims to develop a fast-assembled and easily-disassembled modular entity. A fast design framework of modular products based on extensive knowledge is proposed in this study and applied to rapid development of modular product design. Modular product design in this study is divided into three main issues including the identification of modules, the design of modules and product design with modules. In the identification of modules and the design of modules, the relation between customer demand and modules is first confirmed, then the extensive knowledge is established according to the relation between customer demand and module format by extension method. Also, by product knowledge, modular knowledge schema is scattered to produce diversified modular product groups that meet customers' demand. In product design with modules, a transformation mechanism is established in modular schema by fuzzy quality function deployment and then a convergence decision of modular knowledge schema based on Euclidean distance is adopted to rapidly respond to customers' demand, otherwise another devise format design of new modules is need to progress. In the end, assembly design of modular products is created and module product design is thus completed.
