跨領域技術融合驅動力分析:以亞洲為例

摘要


技術與需求日益重要,企業在競爭激烈的市場中,為了佔據主導地位,需要掌握新技術的趨勢,跨領域技術之間的融合,描述了技術交疊現象,技術融合的研究主要集中在融合的路徑或當前的技術融合狀態,先前的研究大多是針對單一國家的單一產業進行技術軌跡鑽研,多種產業或時間範圍較長的技術發展脈絡研究較少被提及,故本研究將研究目標定位至國家層級來探討跨領域技術現象,透過美國專利商標局(USPTO)資料庫於1976年至2017年間,亞洲區國家的專利技術發展,並挑選出專利數量較多且為新興工業國家為代表,台灣、中國、韓國以及日本等四國,比較各國之間技術融合上的差異,並提出一種衡量技術融合的方法,從宏觀角度闡明國家層級的技術融合差異,通過五種層級,1.合作層級,2.知識層級,3.法律層級,4.多樣化層級中,5.專利週期年齡層級,提供技術融合上的見解。

Technology and demand are becoming more important. In a fiercely competitive market, companies need to master the trend of new technologies in order to occupy a dominant position. The integration of cross-domain technologies has described the phenomenon of technology overlap. The research on technology fusion mainly focuses on the fusion of Path or the current state of technology integration, most of the previous studies were conducted on the technology trajectory of a single industry in a single country, and the research on the technical development context of multiple industries or a long time range is rarely mentioned, so this study will target the research to explore cross-domain technology phenomena at the national level, through the USPTO database from 1976 to 2017, the patent technology development of Asian countries, and selected a large number of patents and represented by emerging industrial countries, Taiwan , China, South Korea, Japan, four countries, compare the differences in technology integration between countries, and propose a method to measure technology integration, from a macro perspective to clarify the differences in technology integration at the national level, through five levels, 1. Cooperation level, 2. Knowledge level, 3. Legal level, 4. Diversification level, 5. Patent cycle age level, provide insights on technology integration.
