FRP 筋混凝土梁設計與實驗印證

摘要


台灣是屬於海島型氣候,故對於結構防蝕以增加使用之壽命需求 極為重要,在國外FRP 筋(Fiber Reinforced Polymer Bar,簡稱FRP 筋)已漸漸使用於高腐蝕性之海岸結構物上,一種新材料勢必帶來新的設計理念,國內目前對於FRP 筋研究甚少,特別是在設計理論方面與實驗之驗證。有鑑於此,本研究嘗試製作十支FRP 筋混凝土梁,用以探討FRP 筋梁在撓曲與剪力方面基本行為,並檢核美國混凝土協會ACI440 所出版ACI440.1R-06 設計公式之準確性。

For the issue of anti-corrosion, it is important to use non-steel reinforcement for RC structures. Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP) bars are being used increasingly instead of steel in corrosion environments. It is no doubt that this new material can be adopted for resisting severe corrosion. However, FRP bars will bring out new design concept. There are only a few studies about using FRP bars in Taiwan. This study aims at investigating the flexural and shear behavior by ten FRP reinforced members. Another purpose of this study is to examine the applicability of the recent design code ACI440.1R-06.
