摘要


進步的科技與快速的研發,加速產品生命週期的腳步,更激烈了市場爭戰情勢,企業須不斷進行創新以取代進入衰退期的產品與事業、降低所面對之風險。 內視鏡(Endoscope)是用來直接觀察內部腔體的裝置,可以觀察肉眼無法及之容器的內部空間狀態。內視鏡發展至今有200年歷史,早期內視鏡的發展以醫療用途為主,用於觀察和診斷人體內部器官和組織的情況。 隨著時間的演進,近年內視鏡應用如雨後春筍般出現,廣泛用於醫療、汽車業、建築業、機械產業、國防業...等,許多企業願意花錢購買相關器材與設備,這些新的應用,讓我們瞭解到內視鏡價值不在科技本身,而是在科技的應用。 由於現代內視鏡技術地不斷進步及日漸普遍,未來品質穩定、價格便宜的內視鏡將協助我們完成更多工作。 本論文藉由內視鏡之特性:可記錄影像、儲存資訊、移動性佳,提出新應用之創新方向,讓此產品可以應用於更廣泛的用途;並討論新產品之策略,以期創新應用方案可以有效率的擴散至使用者,增進人民福祉,也為企業打造一個新市場。

The rapid advances in technology and research and development, accelerate the product life cycle and to make the market become more competitive. Enterprises need to conduct continuous innovation to replace the product and business that go into recession, to reduce the risk faced. Endoscope is used to directly observe the internal cavity of the device, the state of the container interior space can be observed by endoscope but can’t be observed by naked eye. The developed history of endoscope is almost 200 -year, the early development of the endoscope is mainly for medical purposes, for observation and diagnosis of human organs and tissues inside the case. As time goes on, in recent years, endoscopic applications have sprung up, widely used in medical, automotive, construction, machinery industry, defense industry ... and so many companies are willing to pay for related equipment and devices. These new application of different industry, let us know the value of endoscope is not technology itself, but the application. As the endoscopic technology made continuing progress and become more commonplace, in the future, endoscope with stable quality and cheaper price will help people to do more work. According to the characteristics of endoscope: to record images, to save information, and excellent mobility, we propose new idea about innovative applications of endoscope, and discuss the new product strategy , so the innovative applications can be efficiently spread to the users. The product can be used in a wider range, to enhance people''s well-being and create a new market for enterprises.
