來自土地的力量—張文環《爬在地上的人》研究

摘要


張文環以故鄉梅山為主要書寫對象,作品中一貫與土地、人民相連的鮮明主題,反映現實生活中庶民的感情與人性。透過他的筆我們得以了解並感受在那個受殖民政策壓制、缺乏作人條件的悲慘環境裡台灣人的苦悶與掙扎、憤怒與壓抑、憧憬與幻滅,以及艱辛卻始終存在著些許希望的心理。 本論文選擇以張文環被讚譽為集大成的作品為探討對象,首先歸納整理他的求學及成長歷程,確認他在台灣新文學史上的地位,肯定他為了維護民族及人性尊嚴的努力;再從庶民及鄉土書寫兩方向探究文本所呈現的現象及其價值,他以寫實手法道盡小人物的甘苦生活,人物形象極為鮮明,也保留了許多風俗習慣在其中,如民間信仰、養子女等等民間生活,藉此印證他走過變動時代但不變的鄉土關懷。 《爬在地上的人》是他在戰後數十年重新回憶書寫的日治時期台灣民間景況,不僅見證了台灣長達半世紀之久的殖民史,也豐富紀錄了民間慣習、鄉土景物,既未違他一貫的書寫特色,更因此讓變遷中的台灣有機會反思這一段特殊的歷史際遇。

Zhang WenHuan regards homeland Mei Shan as and mainly writes the target, the distinct theme that always links with land, the people in the works, reflect emotion and human nature of common people in actual life. This thesis chooses to be praised as the comprehensive expression of works in order to canvass the target with a document ring, sum up and put his going to school and course of growing up in order at first, confirm the status of he in the history of new-vernacular literature of Taiwan, affirm him in order to safeguard the efforts of nationality and human nature dignity; And then write two directions to probe into phenomenon and value that the text appear from common people and native soil, he tries the small potato's life of sweetness and bitterness best in order to the dish of tactics of writing or painting realistically, personage's image is extremely distinct, also kept a lot of folkways and customs among them, the folk life such as folk faith, raising children, etc., confirm him and pass by change era by this but the native soil not changed shows loving care for. " Climb person in ground " he in remember, manage the intersection of period and the intersection of Taiwan and folk situation day not writing again decades after the war, not only it is as long as the long colonizing the history of the halfth century to witness Taiwan, also it is used to practising, native soil scenery to enrich and note down the people, disobey the intersection of he and writing characteristicking consistent, make Taiwanese in changes have an opportunity to review this phase of special historical fortune.
