探討影響護理人員持續使用線上學習平台行為之研究

摘要


線上學習在現今的教育體系中,受到政府單位、大專院校及企業單位的推廣,其不受時間空間的限制、即時且富有彈性的特性,使其成為現今傳遞資訊和知識的重要方法之一。國內醫療機構建置線上學習平台及其相關網頁發展至今,已越趨普遍,由於醫院是個知識密集的工作場所,護理人員的專業知識極為重要,其服務內容與品質牽涉人體健康,因此對於員工的知識養成與教育訓練是一大關鍵。本研究以IS接受後持續使用模式為基礎,整合社會心理學領域的自我決定理論與組織層面相關變數,來整合模型加入動機需求的觀點,期望能解釋與預測線上學習平台在醫療產業持續使用之意圖,及其相關影響因素。 本研究採用結構式問卷設計,最後回收問卷為162份,剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷為132份。在資料分析與處理上,以SPSS 20.0與SmartPLS 2.0統計分析軟體進行問卷之分析。研究結果顯示,自主感會對於知覺有用性與求知的內在動機產生影響,勝任感會對於確認與求知的內在動機產生影響;另外,持續使用意圖除了會藉由知覺有用性、求知的內在動機產生影響外,使用者的滿意度是會影響持續使用意圖的重要因素,在外部環境變數部分,醫院支持度會直接影響到使用者持續使用的意圖。本研究歸納出,護理人員的自主感與勝任感會影響到個人對於線上學習平台的的內在動機與外在動機,再進一步影響到個人滿意度,使用者對於線上學習平台的滿意度越高,就越有可能持續使用醫療機構所提供之線上學習平台。除此之外,醫療院所的支持與配合也是一項重要因素。

E-learning is widely promoted by our government, university, and enterprises in current education system. E-learning has no time and space constraints, real-time and flexible features. Making it to become an important way to pass information and knowledge .So far domestic medical institutions to build e-learning platform and its associated web has become increasingly common, because the hospital is with comprehensive knowledge workplace. Nurses' professional knowledge is extremely important, the content and quality of their services involve human health. Therefore, nurses' knowledge and training is a key point. This study expect to explain and predict the online learning platform in the medical industry continuance use of intentions and related factors. The research model is base on the post-acceptance model of IS continuance to join the field of social psychology theory, self-determination theory. And add organizational variable. Added motivation needs to integrate the model. The study uses the structure questionnaire procedure. A total of 162 questionnaires were administered to users and 132 completed the questionnaires; and we used SPSS 20.0 and SmartPLS 2.0 statistical software for data analysis. The result showed that autonomy has significant effects on perceived usefulness and intrinsic motivation - to know. Competence has effects on confirmation and intrinsic motivation - to know .In addition, users' satisfaction is the important factor to affect their intention to continue using e-learning. In the external environment variables, organizational support will directly affect the continued use of the user's intention. This study explored the role of perceived autonomy, perceived competence in explaining the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to continue using e-learning platform, and further affect the personal satisfaction, e-learning platform for the user satisfaction is higher, the more likely continued use the e-learning platform which is medical institutions provided. In addition, the organizational support is also an important factor.
