國小正式教師面對同事之親師衝突的態度與因應方式實證研究

摘要


本論文旨在探討國小教師面對同事之親師衝突時,所持之態度及因應方式的現況,並進而分析不同背景變項的教師在面對同事之親師衝突的態度及因應方式的差異與相關情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,研究工具為自編量表,共分為三個分量表,包括「個人基本資料」、「態度量表」與「因應方式量表」,共回收294份有效問卷。研究工具經過探索式因子分析,各分量表抽取之因素建構效度均獲得確認,接著將所得資料以敘述性統計、探索式因素分析、多變量變異數分析、相關與迴歸等統計方式進行資料處理。 主要的研究結果如下: 一、國小教師對同事之親師衝突的態度是以「警惕反省」和「同理心」的正向態 度傾向較高,其次為「虛偽」、「冷漠」、「不信任」、「幸災樂禍」。 二、國小教師面對同事之親師衝突,最常使用的因應方式是「正向社會支持」, 其次為「積極協助」、「善意提醒」、「教導指正」、「置身事外」、「批評中傷」。 三、國小教師的性別、年齡、年資、職務及聽聞、處理、自身親師衝突經驗會影 響其面對同事之親師衝突的態度。 四、國小教師的性別、年齡、年資、職務及聽聞、處理、自身親師衝突經驗會影 響其面對同事之親師衝突的因應方式。 五、態度六因子與因應方式六因子互有顯著相關。 最後,研究者根據研究結果,提出未來研究方向與對實務之建議。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the attitude and coping strategies that elementary school teachers adopt when dealing with colleagues involved in parent-teacher conflicts. In addition, this paper also offers analyses of the discrepancies and relevant circumstances in the attitudes and coping strategies of teachers with different backgrounds. This study features questionnaires as the primary means of data extraction along with three self-made scales (namely “personal information”, “attitude scale” and “coping strategies scale”) as the main research tool. A total of 294 valid questionnaires were collected. After the construct validity for the extraction of factors through the scales has been validated by exploratory factor analysis, the data were then processed through a number of techniques including descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, correlation and regression. The main findings can be summarized as follows: 1. Elementary teachers show higher positive inclination towards attitudes of "wary introspection" and "empathy" for colleagues involved in parent-teacher conflicts, followed by "hypocrisy”, "indifference", "mistrust" and "schadenfreude”. 2. The most common coping strategies that elementary school teachers adopt for colleagues involved in parent-teacher conflict are “positive social support”, followed by “active assistance”, "friendly reminder", "correct instruction", "sit on the sidelines", "criticize and slander." 3. Factors such as gender, age, seniority, position, personal exposure/handling/experience of parent-teacher conflict will affect elementary school teachers’ attitudes towards colleagues in parent-teacher conflicts. 4. Factors such as gender, age, seniority, position, personal exposure/handling/experience of parent-teacher conflict will affect elementary school teachers’ coping strategies to face colleagues in parent-teacher conflicts. 5. The six factors of attitude and the six factors of coping strategies show strong correlation. Finally, based on the findings, the paper offers suggestions on follow-up studies.
