一所轉型優質學校特色課程發展之歷程分析-以雲林縣日昇國小為例

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解日昇國小在特色課程發展的歷程,分別從情境分析、願景建構、課程設計、課程實施與課程評鑑等五個發展階段進行探討,以了解學校特色課程發展歷程、影響因素與因應策略,以作為正在發展特色課程學校之參考。為達研究目的,本研究採用個案研究法進行,運用訪談、文件分析與觀察等方法蒐集資料,再就所蒐集資料進行整理、分析與歸納,最後依據研究結果,從個案學校、教育主管機關、未來研究等三方面提供若干建議,以供教育工作者與未來後續研究之參考。本研究主要發現如下: 壹、學校特色課程發展情境分析階段 一、校長發揮領導權,重整校內組織,帶頭引領學校課程發展。 二、情境分析基於學校的情勢而定,強調全體同仁的參與。 三、利用網路平台,加速資訊交換與共享,激盪更多創意發想。 貳、學校特色課程發展願景建構階段 一、學校包容各類聲音,建立有共識的願景。 二、透過不斷檢視將抽象願景具體化,而願景的內涵以提供學生最大學習效果為考量。 三、校長的理念與作法及專家指導影響學校願景建構。 參、學校特色課程發展設計階段 一、依據願景建構課程主題軸,並完成學校總體課程架構。 二、有計畫性地進行教師課程規劃訓練,讓研習方式從單向傳遞改為雙向互動。 三、轉優計畫賦予教師課程發展的自主空間,透過教師們的交流,創造不一樣的特色課程。 四、校長的課程領導、教師及家長的觀念乃影響課程設計的重要因素。 五、課程設計的主軸以學生為學習中心,內容須兼具延續性及統整性。 六、特色課程應重視內容的深度,並有效融入各學科中才有利於知識的統整。 肆、學校特色課程發展實施階段 一、強調學生的主體參與,師生一起建構課程。 二、學校的組織結構連結性、校長領導、教師掌握課程的能力均影響課程實施。 三、參與課程實施行動研究以解決教師專業能力的不足。 四、協調教師間分工不均問題,並表揚盡心力的教師以促發教師熱忱。 伍、學校特色課程發展評鑑階段 一、成立評鑑工作小組,建立評鑑機制。 二、評鑑表格式化,以利檢閱及進行統計。 三、進行校內教師自我評鑑,透過評鑑讓教師從中自我成長。 四、教師對評鑑的知能、教師工作量以及評鑑的公平性為影響課程評鑑的因素。 五、轉化評鑑的目的,並由教師間的分享,激勵教師從事課程評鑑的意願。 綜合本研究的發現,研究者於第五章提出建議,供個案學校、教育主管機關及未來研究之參考。

This study is to understand featured curriculum of school development in sunrise primary school, studying further for the five development stages: designing, execution, and evaluation. The development course, influential factors, and responsive strategies of featured curriculum can be the reference for schools to effectively develop featured curriculum. To reach the purpose of research, this study is to adopt ways such as case study, interviews, document analysis, and observations and so on for the collection of data. Based on the data collected, the researcher proceed the stages of arrangement, analysis, and generalization. Finally depending on the result of this study, I offer some substantial suggestions to schools, the educational authorities concerned, and future study for reference. This study’s findings are as follows: 1.Featured curriculum of school development situation-analyzed stage (1)Principals play a leadership, reformed school organizations, taking the lead curriculum development. (2)Situation-analyzed depending on the school situation, the emphasis on the participation of all colleagues. (3)Use of the Internet platform, accelerate information exchange and sharing, bring more creative thinking. 2.Featured curriculum of school development vision-constructed stage (1)Vision inclusive all kinds of sound, to establish a consensus vision. (2)Through continuous review, abstract vision into concrete, and the connotation of the vision to provide students maximize learning for consideration. (3)Principal concepts,practices and expert guidance affecting the school vision constructivism. 3.Featured curriculum of school development designing stage (1)Topics axis based on the vision of the construction and completion of the overall school curriculum framework. (2)There are plans to conduct teacher training curriculum planning, teacher learning ways to make a one-way transfer to the two-way interaction. (3)Giving teachers autonomy in curriculum development, through exchanges among teachers, creating different courses. (4)The curriculum leadership of principal as well as the concept of teachers and parents are the Important factors that influence the course design. (5)Curriculum design should focus on student-centered, content to be both continuity and Integration. (6)Featured curriculum should pay attention to the depth of content, effective integration of various disciplines, can help the Integration of knowledge. 4.Featured curriculum of school development implementation stage (1)The main emphasis on student participation, students and teachers together to construct the course. (2)The organizational structure of the link between the school, the principal leaders, teachers have the ability to master the curriculum influence curriculum implementation. (3)Participate curriculum implementation action research, to solve the shortage of teachers' professional capacity. (4)Coordination problems between teachers uneven division of labor, and in recognition of the efforts of teachers, in order to enhance teachers' enthusiasm. 5.Featured curriculum of school development curriculum evaluation stage (1)Evaluation working group set up to establish evaluation system (2)Evaluation table format to facilitate review and statistics (3)Self-evaluation of teachers, through the evaluation so that teachers from self-growth (4)Evaluation of teachers' knowledge and ability, Teachers' workload and evaluation of factors affecting curriculum evaluation (5)Change evaluation purposes, and by sharing among teachers,stimulate willingness to engage in curriculum evaluation of teachers Based on the findings of the study, I bring up some suggestion in Chapter five,providing schools, the educational authorities concerned for future reference of study.
