本研究旨在嘉義縣國民小學教師情緒勞務與學校組織氣氛的關係現況,以公立國民小學教師為研究母群體,採隨機分層抽樣,抽取614位教師為研究樣本,回收有效樣本577份,回收可用率94%;最後以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積相關及多元逐步回歸分析等統計方法進行統計資料分析,研究結論如下: 1.嘉義縣國民小學教師知覺情緒勞務為「中高」程度,以「基本情緒表達」層面最高,「表層情緒控制」層面較低; 知覺學校組織氣氛為「中高」程度,在各分層面,以「校長支持行為」層面最高,「校長指示行為」層面較低。 2.嘉義縣國民小學教師知覺情緒不因個人變項有差異。 3.嘉義縣國民小學不同性別、不同學校規模及不同學校地區教師,知覺之學校組織氣氛有顯著差異。男性教師知覺校長支持行為較高;學校規模12班(含)以下、25班(含)以上知覺校長支持行為較高; 24班以下知覺教師疏離行為較高;縣轄市、偏遠地區知覺校長支持行為較高。 4.嘉義縣國民小學教師知覺情緒勞務與學校組織氣氛有正相關。 5.嘉義縣國民小學教師情緒勞務對學校組織氣氛具有低度預測作用。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between elementary school teachers’ emtional labor and the organizational climate of schools in Chia-yi county. 614 teachers were randomly selected from elementary school in Chia-yi county, of which 577 valid responses were porvided by the sample and a valid response rate of 94%.The collected data were systematically analyzed by statistic methods including item analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results of this study were summarized as follows: I.The feeling of the elementary school teachers’emotioanal labor in Chia-yi county was mid-high level. Individually, the basic emotional display was the highest and the surface of emotional control belonged to lower level. Organizational climate of schoolwas mid-high level. The behavior of principal support was highest level while the behavior of principal’s indicattionp was lower level. II.The emotional perceptions for elementary school teachers in Chia-yi county were not affected by personal variables. III.The feelings of the school organizations were significantly affected by teachers with different genders or from different scales and areas. The feelings of male teachers consider that “Principals’ supportive behavior” is higher and so do the classes smaller than 12 and the classses bigger than 25. However, “Teachers’ disengaged behavior” is higher in the school which the classes are smaller than 24. “Principals’ supportive behavior” is higher in Chia-yi county and faraway ares IV.There are positive interrealtionships between emotional labor and the organizational climate for elementary school teachers in Chia-yi county. V.The emotional labor on school organizational climate for elementary school teachers in Chia-yi county was a low degree of predictive.
