摘 要 本研究之目的在探討國小教師對零體罰政策之認同程度、實施困難與因應策略,分別由法律、教育哲學及教育理論之觀點探討相關文獻,並據以發展研究工具。本研究採問卷調查法,以台中市和嘉義縣公立國民小學全體698位教師為母群,分層取樣調查333位教師對零體罰政策之了解與贊同程度、實施時所面臨之困難與所採取的因應策略上的差異情形。根據分析結果,獲致以下結論: (一)國小教師對零體罰政策認知程度高,但僅「有些贊同」零體罰政策。 (二)國小教師對實施零體罰政策感到困難,主要包含教師管教態度、學生行為矯正與管教效果等。 (三)國小教師對零體罰政策之實施困難大多採尋求援助、親師溝通與班級經營方法改變等正向積極之因應策略。 (四)部分不同背景變項的國小教師對零體罰政策之認同程度與因應策略有顯著差異。 根據上述結論,本研究提出建議,以供教育主管機關、學校教師與未來研究者參考。 關鍵字:體罰、零體罰政策、因應策略
Abstract The purposes of this study aimed to explore elementary school teacher’s identification, implementation difficulties and coping strategies toward the policy of zero corporal punishment. Literature were reviewed by law, philosophy of education and teaching theory point of view, in order to the development of research instrument. This study adopted questionnaire survey method. Subjects are teachers from public elementary schools in Taichung and Chiayi County. The population consisted of 698 teachers, 333 teachers were selected to respond to the survey. The conclusions of the research findings are as follows: 1.Elementary school teachers were highly aware of the policy of zero corporal punishment, but merely "somewhat agree" with the zero corporal punishment policy. 2.Elementary school teachers regarded it difficult to enforce zero corporal punishment policy, including teacher’s discipline attitude, student’s behavior correction, and discipline effect. 3.Elementary school teachers took positive actions of coping strategies for the difficulty in enforcing the policy of zero corporal punishment, such as seeking assistance, parent and teacher communication, and changing classroom management methods . 4.Some elementary school teachers of the variables of different backgrounds have significant differences on recognition of zero corporal policy punishment and coping strategies. According to the conclusions above, the suggestions were offered for the educational administration authorities, elementary school teachers and future studies.
