師生互動、同儕關係與校園霸凌之相關研究-以雲林縣高中職學生為例

A Study on School Bullying related to Teacher-student Interaction and Peer Relationships at Senior High and Vocational High School students in Yunlin County

摘要


本研究採用問卷分析法,藉由蒐集及閱讀相關論文及著作,以雲林縣21所高中職、21,617名學生為研究母群體,從公、私立高中職學校,各抽出一所學校,每間學校抽出高一、高三班級各三班,合計686名高中職學生為樣本,於問卷回收後,實施描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法實施分析,目的在探討師生互動、同儕關係與校園霸凌之關係;本研究所指的師生互動,區分為「學習指導」、「生活關懷」及「情感交流」三個構面;同儕關係區分為「同儕喜愛」、「同儕排斥」及「社交技巧」三個構面;校園霸凌區分為「網路排擠」、「肢體言語」、「關係反擊」、「關係嘲弄」四種類型,藉由分析研究,獲得研究結果如下: 一、雲林縣高中職學生對師生互動的知覺程度,最高層面為「學習指導」,最低層面為「情感交流」。 二、雲林縣高中職學生對同儕關係的知覺程度,最高層面為「同儕喜愛」,最低層面為「同儕排斥」。 三、雲林縣高中職學生對校園霸凌的知覺程度,最高層面為「關係反擊」,最低層面為「網路排擠」。 四、雲林縣高中職女生在「同儕排斥」、「同儕喜愛」及「整體同儕關係」層面之同儕關係顯著高於雲林縣高中職男生;雲林縣高中職男生在「網路排擠」、「肢體言語」、「關係嘲弄」、「關係反擊」、「整體霸凌行為」皆顯著高於雲林縣高中職女生。 五、雲林縣高中職一年級學生在「學習指導」、「生活關懷」以「情感交流」及「整體師生互動」層面上感受到的師生互動關係顯著高於三年級學生;在「同儕喜愛」、「社交技巧」、「整體同儕關係」構面,一年級的平均數大於三年級;「同儕排斥」構面,三年級的平均數大於一年級;一年級學生在「網路排擠」及「肢體言語」層面上感受到的校園霸凌顯著高於三年級學生。 六、雲林縣私立高中學生在「學習指導」、「生活關懷」、「情感交流」、「整體師生互動」層面顯著高於公立高中或公立高職;私立高職在「學習指導」、「生活關懷」、「情感交流」、「整體師生互動」層面顯著高於公立高職;在「同儕排斥」構面中,公立高中大於公立高職、私立高中及私立高職;在「社交技巧」構面中,公立高中優於私立高職,私立高中優於公立高職及私立高職;公立高職學生在「肢體言語」、「關係反擊」、「整體霸凌行為」層面感受到的校園霸凌顯著高於私立高職;公立高中學生在「關係反擊」層面顯著高於公立高職。 七、雲林縣高中職學生其父母親教育程度為高中畢業或大學畢業含以上者,其「社交技巧」顯著高於父母親教育程度在國中畢業含以下者。 根據研究結果提出相關建議,以期能有效了解其對校園霸凌之因素,進一步減少 霸凌行為產生。 (一)教師應施予公平的賞罰制度 (二)教師應特別留意學生在校適應問題與班級管理 (三)應注意並適時規勸學生聚眾之情況 (四)師長應加強防治霸凌宣導及輔導班及管理 (五)落實校園生活問卷之調查 (六)校園霸凌事件積極性之介入處遇與輔導作為 最後,對未來研究建議,校園霸凌之相關研究建議依當時學校環境或氛圍,予以適當的調整或細分更多層面;研究樣本可以依照縣市比例,調整問卷樣本數,以增加樣本數量及減少統計上之誤差;並配合不同社會環境調整校園霸凌的研究變項,或以質性研究探討校園霸凌之成因及相關因應作為,以發掘更多校園霸凌之成因及因應作為。

This research is conducted through a quantitative method; using questionnaires to collect relevant information. The questionnaires were formated by reading relevant literatures. The participants were chosen from 21,617 students from 21 senior high schools and vocation schools in Yunlin County in 2016. One of each public and private school were randomly selected. Three classes were chosen from grade 10 and grade 12 from the respected schools. The total participates were 686 senior high school students. After the questionnaires were collected, descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, were used to interpret the data, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis statistical method were also conducted. The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between the teacher-student interaction, peer relationships and school bullying. This study refers to the Peer relationships divided tree levels into「peer-perceived popularity」、「Peer rejection」and 「Social skills」. This study refers to the School bullying divided four levels into「Network-crowding bullying」、「Physical-Verbal bullying」、「Relationship- Counter bullying」and 「Relationship- Ridicule bullying」. Through research and analysis ,the main findings were as below: 1.Awareness of Teacher-student interaction, the highest level is「Study Guide」、the lowest level is the「Share feelings」 at Senior high and Vocational high school students in Yunlin County. 2. Awareness of Peer relationships, the highest level is「Peer rejection」、the lowest level is the「Social network」 at Senior high and Vocational high school students in Yunlin County. 3. Awareness of school bullying, the highest level is「Relationship- Counter bullying」、the lowest level is the「Network-crowding bullying」 at Senior high and Vocational high school students in Yunlin County. 4. Yunlin County senior high school girls in「Peer rejection」、「Peer favorite」and 「Overall peer relationships」significantly higher than boys ; Yunlin County senior high school boys in「Network-crowding bullying」、「Physical-Verbal bullying」、「Relationship- Counter bullying」、「Relationship- Ridicule bullying」and「Overall Bullying」significantly higher than girls. 5. Yunlin County senior high school first-grader students in「Study Guide」、「Life Care」、「Share feelings」and「Overall teacher-student interaction」significantly higher than third-graders; First-grader students in 「Social network」and 「Overall peer relationships」significantly higher than third-graders; First-grader students in Network-crowding bullying」and「Physical-Verbal bullying」significantly higher than third-graders. 6. Yunlin County private school students in「Study Guide」、「Life Care」、「Share feelings」and「Overall teacher-student interaction」significantly higher than Public High School or Pubilc Vocational high school, private Vocational high school in 「Study Guide」、「Life Care」、「Share feelings」and「Overall teacher-student interaction」significantly higher than Pubilc Vocational high school, Public High School students in 「Social network」significantly higher than private Vocational high school, private high school students in 「Social network」significantly higher than Pubilc Vocational high school or private Vocational high school, Pubilc Vocational high school students in 「Physical-Verbal bullying」、「Relationship- Counter bullying」and「Overall Bullying」significantly higher than private Vocational high school. Public High School students in 「Relationship- Counter bullying」significantly higher than Pubilc Vocational high school. 7. Parental education for high school graduation or college at Senior high and Vocational high school students in Yunlin County, Their「Social network」significantly higher than States contains the following graduation. Make recommendations based on findings, we want to understand the reasons for bullying and reducing bullying behavior. (1) Teachers should implement a fair reward and punishment system. (2) Teachers should pay attention to students in the school adaptation problems with classroom management. (3) Prevent students gathered condition (4) Strengthening bullying Prevention Advocacy and class counseling. (5) Implementation of Campus Life Questionnaire (6) Positive place in bullying incidents and counseling. At last, recommendations for future research on bullying, Appropriate adjustments depending on the school environment, The study sample to follow adjust the proportion of counties, Reduce the statistical error, or In qualitative study investigated the causes of bullying on campus to find out more bullying Causes.
