素食家庭文化的品德學習歷程之研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在瞭解素食者的學習轉化歷程,並將學習應用在家庭教育情境中,對孩童正向行為的影響。本研究採質性研究法,以六個素食家庭為研究對象,運用訪談、觀察等方法蒐集資料,分析素食者學習動機、學習歷程的內化與成長,探討以身作則實踐素食的內涵精神於日常生活中,對孩童正向行為產生的影響,彙整研究結果,並提出相關建議及省思。本研究經資料蒐集整理、歸納分析,結論如下: 一、素食的真正意涵,不僅僅是不吃肉的行為而已,更是個人口清、身清及心清的修為,大慈大愛精神的實踐。 二、素食者學習是經過內在認知驗證之後,屬於有價值性的轉化經驗歷程, 包含觀察外在身行的典範學習,素食真理教育內在信念的傳遞。 三、將尊重與關懷生命的素食理念帶入家庭,以身作則並示現「知行合一」 於親子教育互動情愫,讓孩子於耳濡目染、見賢思齊的環境中學習。 四、素食者學習體悟到人的生命價值與意義,學習經驗內化並實踐以影響孩 童正向思維,符合終身學習的內涵。 關鍵詞:素食文化、兒童正向行為、生命教育

Abstract This research is for the purpose of understanding veggie's study transforms the regulation, and will study the application in the home education situation, to child to behavior influence. This research picks the nature methodology, take six vegetarian diet families as the object of study, using methods and so on interview, observation gathers capital , analyzes the veggie to study the motive, study course internalizing with the growth, the discussion sets an example the practice vegetarian diet connotation spirit in the daily life, to the child the influence which is producing to the behavior, collects the entire findings, and proposed the correlation suggestion and the province think.This research after the material collection reorganization, the induction analysis, the conclusion is as follows: First, vegetarian diet genuine Italy contains, does not eat the meat not merely the behavior, is a population clear, the body clear and imperturbable repairing is, greatly kind big love spirit practice. After second, the veggie study is passes through the intrinsic cognition confirmation, belongs has the value transformed experience course,contains the observation external body line of model study, the vegetarian diet truth education intrinsic faith transmission. Third, will respect and the concern life vegetarian diet idea leads the family, sets an example and shows presently “the unity of knowledge and action”. In the parent-child education interaction feelings, lets the child in the environment which is influenced by what one sees and hears, sees a worthy person and be inspired to be likewise study. Fourth, the veggie studies realizes from experience to human's life value and the significance, the learning experience internalizes and practices affects the child. The virgin forward thought, conforms to the lifelong study connotation. Key words: Vegetarian diet culture, child to behavior, life education
