本研究旨在以微觀政治視角分析師生互動時的相關策略,探討教師與學生在 班級中各自運用哪些策略來達成自我目的與需求,最後根據研究發現給予現場國 中教師、新手教師及家長建議。 本研究主要採用訪談、觀察與文件分析等質性研究方式,選擇雲林縣一所市區中 型學校作為對象,進行實徵資料的蒐集與分析。本研究結論歸納如下: 一、 在教師策略方面 (一) 在師生初探時期,教師多建立主控者形象,並運用影響型策略有效管 理班級學生。 (二) 教師於後台與學生建立關係,以維持權力運作順暢,並使用各種保護 型策略分散教師責任與保護自我形象。 (三)適時融入時事議題於教學中,並兼顧不同程度的學生。 (四)教師策略之運用會顧及學校行政單位與家長之意見。 二、在教師知覺之學生策略方面 (一)國中學生大多會用溫和的服從態度面對教師權威;少數會用反叛策略對 抗教師權威。 (二)學生多運用能與教師建立良好關係的策略,並且尋找時機以軟性態度協 商索求。
The purpose of the study aims to analyze the strategies of relevant teacher-student interaction that teachers and students use to achieve self-purposes and needs in terms of micro-political perspective. At last, the results of the study will be given to on-site junior high school teachers, novice teachers and parents as suggestions. The study mainly uses interview, observation, and document analysis as the research methods, and selects an urban junior high school to do the experiment to collect and analyze the data. Conclusions of this study are summarized below. First, in terms of teachers’ strategies: (A) The relationship of teachers and students in the beginning period, teachers tend to establish masters’ (controllers’) images, and use the influential strategies to effectively manage students. (B) Teachers establish relationships with students in the background in order to maintain the smooth operation of power, and use various protective strategies to disperse teachers’ responsibility and protect self images. (C) Timely integrate current issues in teaching, taking students’ ability levels into consideration. (D) The strategies that teachers use will take the views of school administrative units and parents into account. Second, in terms of teachers’ perception toward students’ strategies: (A) Most junior high school students are likely to use a mild attitude towards teachers’ authority, and only small numbers use rebellious strategies against the authority of teachers. (B) Most students use strategies to establish a good relationship with teachers, and seek a chance to negotiate what they desire with teachers in a flexible attitude.
