臺中市國小家長參與學校品德教育行為意向及相關因素之研究

A Study on the Behavioral Intention of Elementary School Parents’ Involvement and its Related Factors in Schooling Character Education in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國小家長對學校品德教育作法之瞭解情形,和瞭解臺中市國小家長參與學校品德教育「參與態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」、和「參與行為意向」相關情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以臺中市國小家長為研究對象,分層取樣調查760位家長,有效問卷684份,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方式進行分析。根據分析結果,獲致以下結論: 一、臺中市國小家長對學校品德教育作法之瞭解情形、知覺行為控制屬於中上程度 二、臺中市國小家長參與學校品德教育態度、主觀規範屬於高程度。 三、臺中市國小家長參加學校品德教育行為意向屬於中等程度 四、部分不同背景變項的家長對參與學校品德教育行為意向及相關因素有顯著差異 五、臺中市國小家長對學校品德教育作法瞭解情形、參與態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制和參與行 為意向間具有正相關。 六、臺中市國小家長對學校品德教育瞭解情形、主觀規範、知覺行為控制能有效解釋家長參與學校品德教育行為意向。 根據上述結論,本研究提出建議,以提供學校、家長與未來研究者建議。 關鍵字:品德教育、家長參與、參與行為意向

This research aims to investigate the degree to which elementary school parents understand the practice of character education in Taichung City,and parental involvement in schooling character education , parents’ involvement attitude, involvement subjective norm, perceived behavior control and behavioral intention of elementary school parents’ involvement in character education. This study adopts the questionnaire survey procedure. Elementary school parents’ in Taichung City were population. There were 760 elementary school parents were choosen by stratified purposive sampling. There are total 684 effective scales. Data acquired from this survey was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Through exploratory and confirmatory analysis and discussion, research conclusions obtained were as follows: 1.Elementary school parents understand the practice of character education in Taichung City, and perceived behavioral control showed the higher degree in this research. 2.Elementary school parents in Taichung City, parental involvement in schooling character education parents’ involvement attitude, involvement subjective norms, showed the highest degree in this research. 3.Elementary school parents’ involvement intention in schooling character education in Taichung City showed the middle degree in this research. 4.Some elementary school parents of the variables of different backgrounds have significant differences on parents’ involvement intention in schooling character education and its related factors. 5.Elementary school parents’ involvement attitude, involvement subjective norm, and perceived behavior control also have positive relationship with parents’ involvement behavioral intention. 6.Elementary school parents understand on the practice of character education in Taichung City, involvement subjective norm, and perceived behavior control have notable predictive power on parents’ involvement behavioral intention. According to the conclusions above, the suggestions were offered for and schools , parents future studies. Keywords:Character Education , Parents’ involvement, The Behavioral Intention
