奈米週期性陣列結構上的螢光增益情況

摘要


本論文討論Cy3螢光分子於不同週期性的奈米銀結構上,受到侷域性表面電漿所造成的電場增益影響,進而使得螢光訊號增益的情況。我們量測塗佈於週期性奈米銀結構上的Cy3螢光分子的螢光強度及螢光半衰期。我們發現其螢光訊號將會增益,以及其半衰期會縮短。我們同時也調變入射光強度進行實驗,觀察到隨著入射光增強,所得到的螢光訊號也會增加,但是其螢光對比反而會下降。並且使用模擬去計算各結構的近場電場增益情況以及其吸收與反射光譜,來與實驗所量測到的結果進行比對。 關鍵字:螢光、螢光增益

We investigate the effect of silver nanostructures on fluorescent emission from Cy3-tagged molecules. We measured the fluorescent intensity and the fluorescent life time of Cy3 molecules deposited on arrays of silver nanostructure. We found that the fluorescent intensity was enhanced by nanostructures and the life time was decreased. The minimum of life time occurred to the nanostructure where the fluorescent intensity is the maximum. We also varied the incident power and characterize the fluorescent contrast between the nanostructures and the flat Ag film. We observed that the contrast decreased with incident power. We also calculate the near-field enhancement, absorption spectrum and reflection spectrum simulation result for all kind of periodical nanostructures. In final, we compare the result of simulation and experiment to find some relation between them. Key word:Fluorescence、Enhancement of Fluorescence
