螺絲產業人力資本、組織創新與企業競爭力關係之研究

摘要


全球化與價值觀?多元化,人力,知?、經驗與技術之整合已成為企業的重要能?。本研究旨在探討螺絲產業人力資本、組織創新與企業競爭力關係之研究,分析管理階層對螺絲產業人力資本、組織創新與企業競爭力的關聯性。本研究採調查法,研究對象以2015 至 2016?台灣區?絲工業同業公會會員名?的廠商中,公司之主管為取樣的母群。問卷發放數為639份,收回計556份,回收率87%,有效問卷共535份。分析結果發現,螺絲產業人力資本,以「專業技能」知覺最高;組織創新,以「服務創新」知覺最高;企業競爭力,以「品質聲譽」知覺最高;螺絲產業經營21年以上,對人力資本知覺較高;公司規模101-200人之螺絲業,對組織創新知覺較高;丙級以下之螺絲產業的主管,對組織創新之「服務創新」與「研發創新」知覺較高;螺絲產業經營21年以上,對企業競爭力之「經營團隊」知覺較高;人力資本、組織創新與企業競爭力知覺愈高則對產業狀況愈佳;人力資本、組織創新各究面對企業競爭力有顯著的預測力,其中以「服務創新」最能預測企業競爭力。

Globalization and the values of pluralism have become the important capabilities of enterprises through the Integration of manpower, knowledge, experience and technology. The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships among human capital, organizational innovation and corporate competitiveness in the Fastener Industry. The study also provided the analysis of management in terms of the relevance among human capital, organizational innovation and corporate competitiveness. By means of adopting a quantitative approach a questionnaire was developed based on 2015 to 2016 membership of Taiwan Industrial Fastener Institute (TIFI). The survey was over sent to 639 managers and 535 questionnaires were effective, which represented a return rate of 87%. The result was found the human capital of fastener industry being the highest level of expertise perception. The organizational innovation of fastener industry, on the other hand, is the highest level of service innovation. In addition, the corporate competitiveness of fastener industry received the highest level of quality reputation, while over 21-year operational experience reached the highest level for human capital; It was indicated that the fastener industry employed 101-200 personnel had the highest level of organizational innovation; employees with c-class received the highest level of service and R&D innovation the organizational innovation. Since the management of has been over 21 years in the fastener industry, the higher level of management team in terms of competitiveness, human capital, organizational innovation, the higher industry operation. Human capital and organizational innovation, in this study has notable predictive power over the corporate competitiveness , in which service innovation was the most predictive for the competitiveness of enterprises.
