遊客參與高雄燈會節慶活動之休閒效益研究─兼論不同年度之比較

摘要

本研究旨在探討主題意象、吸引力、滿意度與休閒效益之關係，並進行不同年度之比較。首先依據文獻提出研究假說，其次採用問卷方式調查2006~2008年參與高雄燈會的遊客，共發放1355份問卷，有效回收1283份，運用結構方程式分析方法探討研究變數之間的關係。研究發現，在這三年中，主題意象對吸引力與滿意度皆具有顯著正向影響關係；而在吸引力對休閒效益方面，2006年與2007年的遊客具顯著影響力，2008年遊客則無，主要是因為重遊的遊客佔大部分，吸引力對遊客的影響不再。而在探討本研究模式之仲介影響中發現，主題意象並不會直接顯著影響休閒效益，但卻可透過滿意度之中介效果間接影響休閒效益。本研究結果可做為節慶活動的主辦單位制定策略之參考。

This study is aimed not only to investigate the relationships of thematic image, attraction and satisfaction to the visitors’ benefits of leisure, but also to compare the differences among late three years. Questionnaires are used in this research to investigate visitors who joined Kaohsiung Lantern Festival during 2006 to 2008. The results showed that the theme image of all three years affected the visitors’ attraction and satisfaction in a positive way. For visitors who visited in 2006 and 2007, the attraction affected visitors’ benefit of leisure, however, for whom in 2008, the attraction did not. Besides, analyzing the direct and indirect effects of theme image, attraction and satisfaction on the visitors’ benefit of leisure, the visitors’ satisfaction significantly and indirect influenced the theme image, attraction and benefit of leisure. Finally, the theme image had not effect on visitors’ benefit of leisure, but the theme image might indirectly influence the visitors’ benefit of leisure through the visitors’ satisfaction. The results suggested some useful references for the managerial sector while setting up their managerial strategies.
