在不同分群結構下高壓兩段式時間電價用電戶最適契約容量研究:以某科技大學為例

摘要


基本電費的多寡,最主要是依據用電戶所簽訂之契約容量。但若用電戶各月份之用電狀況差異很大時,簽訂單一契約容量未必是最佳決策,故本研究將歷史用電資料以不同方式進行分群,並使用暫停部分契約容量的方式,將單一段契約容量分成兩段作考量,爾後透過統計分析之方法來預測未來用電最高需量之機率分配並依結果建構數學模型,再以數值積分之方式求解最適契約容量,經個案證實,本研究所提出之預測方法確實可以有效節省電費成本。

The contractual capacity is the main influencing factors of the demand charge. However, the single capacity contract may not be the best decision. Because the higher demand charge may appear in the electricity situation of users is very different in each month. Therefore, this study will classification the history data of electricity in a variety of ways, and create two-stage contract capacity through suspend part of contract capacity. Then use statistical analysis to predict the probability distribution of future electricity use in peak period, and according to test results to construct electricity costs mathematical model. Finally, the optimal contract capacity will calculated by numerical integration. According to the case, the prediction method in this research can effectively reduce the cost of electricity.
