【摘要】 小組合作學習是近年來相當熱門的研究題目,相關的研究不勝枚舉。其中領導者在小組合作學習中扮演著關鍵的角色,本研究在探討哪一類型人格特質的小組長可以帶領整個小組朝向學習任務目標前進,也能發揮溝通、協調與指揮能力,使小組有良好互動氣氛,提升學習的成就與滿意度。教師在遴選小組長時,可以參考學生的人格特質是不是適合擔任這樣的職務。 在過去的研究中,甚少提及教師在分組學習中扮演的角色。事實上,教師在小組合作學習上其影響程度並不亞於組長的角色。本研究進一步探討不同的教師領導風格對於小組成員互動關係以及對於小組整體的學習成就與滿意度有何不同的影響。教師若能在小組分組學習中適時扮演溝通、協調,甚至指引、輔導的角色,適時的關懷學生的需求,都有助於小組的合作學習氣氛。而適時的提醒與要求小組對於工作任務的完成,也有助於學生能在期限之內完成任務,提升小組的學習成就與滿意度。 關鍵字:合作學習、人格特質、領導特質、互動、學習滿意度
【Abstract】 Cooperative learning is very popular in recent years, research topics related research abound. Long one of the leaders who played a key role in cooperative learning groups, the present study explored what type of team personality traits can lead the whole group towards the goal of learning tasks, can also play communication, coordination and command capability, so there is a good team interactive atmosphere to enhance learning achievement and satisfaction. Teachers in the selection team leader, you can refer student’s personality whether or not suitable to hold such a position. In past studies, teachers rarely mention the role of group learning. In fact, teacher’s impact in the group cooperative learning is as much as the role of group leader. This study further explore different leadership style of teachers for interaction between group members and the group as a whole learning achievement and satisfaction with what different effects. Timely teachers can play in the group of group learning in communication, coordination, and even guidance, counseling role, timely care for the needs of students, will help the group cooperative learning atmosphere. And timely reminder and requires the Panel to complete the tasks, but also help students to complete the task within the time limit, to enhance group learning achievement and satisfaction.
