使用者對休閒農場部落格服務品質認知與滿意度之研究

摘要


隨著Web 2.0時代的崛起,近年來部落格使用率急遽上升,國內休閒農場也搭上這波熱潮架設部落格,目前已有121家休閒農場架設,未來架設休閒農場部落格將會愈來愈普及化,也是未來的趨勢,休閒農場業者若希望開發潛在商機且永續經營,除了架設部落格外,更應該以使用者為導向,了解使用者對於休閒農場部落格服務品質認知為何,進而創造使用者的高滿意度,其研究結果提供休閒農場部落格業者參考。 本研究探討使用者對休閒農場部落格服務品質認知與滿意度之研究,採用網路問卷調查法,以休閒農場部落格使用者為研究對象,共取得448份有效問卷,經由敘述性統計分析、信效度檢定、相關分析、t檢定與單因子變異數分析後,得到研究結論如下: 1.架設部落格為休閒農場未來主要發展趨勢。 2.使用者對休閒農場部落格服務品質認知以設計性評價最高。 3.使用者對休閒農場部落格以吸引性滿意度最高。 4.休閒農場部落格服務品質認知與滿意度之資訊完整性關聯程度最高。 5.不同使用者行為特性其服務品質認知有所不同。 6.不同使用者的滿意度因其行為特性而不同。 本研究根據以上結論,茲提出下列幾項建議: 1.輔導休閒農場業者經營部落格。 2.加強休閒農場業者在部落格的教育訓練。 3.暸解部落格使用者真正之需求。 4.提供使用者完善的部落格資訊。 5.針對不同使用者行為特性擬定改善方案。

With the Web 2.0 era of the rise of blogs in recent years, increased use of rapid rate, the domestic leisure farms are set up to catch this wave of enthusiasm blogs, there are 121 leisure farm set up, the next set up will be more and more leisure farm blog popularity, but also the future trend. Leisure farm owners who wish to develop potential business opportunities and sustainable management, in addition to setting up blog, should be even more user-oriented understanding of the user for the leisure farm blog service quality cognition are, and then create the user's high satisfaction.The results provide leisure farm owners reference. This study is aimed to discuss the users' cognition and satisfaction on service quality of the blog of leisure farms. The online questionnaire survey would be used in the study; it focuses on the user’s of leisure farms and totally 448 questionnaires. This study is used statistical analysis,reliability and validity、Correlation analysis、t test、one way ANOVA. The conclusions of this study would be shown in the following: 1.Set up a blog for the leisure farms, the major trends in the future. 2.Users of the leisure farm blog service quality cognition in order to design the highest evaluation. 3.Users of the leisure farm blog to attract the highest satisfaction. 4.Leisure Farm blog service quality cognition and satisfaction associated with the highest degree of information integrity. 5.Behavior characteristics of different users of its service quality cognition are different. 6.User satisfaction because of their different characteristics and different behavior. In this study, based on the above conclusions, drawn to the following suggestions: 1.Counseling leisure farm owners to operate blog. 2.Strengthen the leisure farm owners in the education and training of blog. 3.To understand the real demand for users. 4.To provide users with comprehensive information blog. 5.Behavior characteristics for different users to plan and improve programs.
