汽車資源回收廠作業區域環境中VOCs逸散特徵

A study of the characteristics of VOCs in the automobiles recycling plant

摘要


本研究主要目的為探討報廢汽車資源回收廠作業區域環境中VOCs逸散之特徵。研究時,選擇一家南台灣地區具有代表性之廢棄汽車資源回收工廠進行初步研究,於廢棄汽車資源回收工廠之作業區域內,依照作業流程與工作特性進行分類,將廠內環境分成八個採樣區域點,依次為:(1)辦公室區、(2)細部拆解區、(3)廢引擎儲存區、(4)廢油儲存區、(5)環保拆解區、(6)廠外道路、(7)舊廢車堆放區、(8)新廢車堆放區。採樣時,以標準檢驗方法之氣袋法進行氣體樣品之收集。每個採樣點,依照工作人員蹲姿高度(~90 cm)及工作人員立姿高度(~150 cm),進行氣體樣品之收集。每個採樣點之蹲姿高度(~90 cm) 及立姿高度(~150 cm)皆各採集三個氣袋(共計48個氣袋)。採後之VOCs氣體樣品,經氣相層析質譜儀器(GC/MS)進行VOCs分析。研究結果得知,作業區域環境中VOCs之逸散之特徵,在環保拆解區(Styrene濃度669.17μg/m3)及廢油儲存區(P-Xylene濃度1663.01μg/m3)VOCs濃度較高。多數採樣區域發現化合物種類VOCs之濃度以苯環類最高、烷類次之、烯類最少。此外,其中在作業空間環保拆解區及廢油儲存區VOCs濃度較高,值得進一步瞭解該逸散是否對回收廠作業人員之健康造成危害。

This preliminary study investigated the characteristics of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the fume exhaust emitted from the operation area of the automobiles recycling plant. A notable discard automobiles recycling plant located in southern Taiwan was selected for the preliminary study. At the operation area of the automobiles recycling plant, according to the operation procedures and work features, the interior of the plant was divided to 8 sampling sections: (1) office section (2) details dismantlement section (3) discard engine storage section (4) waste oil storage section (5) environmental protection dismantlement section (6) the outer road of the plant (7) discard automobiles storage section (8) current discard automobiles storage section. As conducted the sampling, the air bag method of the standard investigation was used for the air collection. At each sampling section, according to the height of squat position of the work staff (~ 90 cm) and the height of stand position of the work staff (~ 150 cm) conducted every each (3) three sampling air bags collection (total 48 air bags). The air samples of VOCs were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer (GC/MS). This investigation reveals that the characteristics of VOCs emitted from the operation area, the concentration of VOCs is higher in the environmental protection dismantlement section (Styrene, concentration 669.17μg/m3) and waste oil storage section (P-Xylene, concentration 1663.01μg/m3). The highest concentration of VOCs of the chemical compound is benzene, alkane is the less, alkene is the least. The higher concentration of VOCs in the environmental protection dismantlement section and waste oil storage section is worthy to study and investigate if the VOCs emitted would affect the health of the work staff of the recycling plant.
