中老年女性從事規律性運動社區舞蹈對下肢關節角度、膝關節肌力、骨質密度及平衡能力之影響

摘要


本研究主要目的在比較有無規律舞蹈運動者在下肢主動關節活動度、膝關節肌力、身體組成、骨質密度與平衡能力。受試者為長期規律從事舞蹈運動與無規律舞蹈運動的中老年人,年齡介於40-75歲之間,規律舞蹈運動組26人,無規律舞蹈運動組10人,共26人,分別進行下肢關節角度測量、振動刺激肌力訓練系統測量、In Body 720身體組成分析儀測量、“奇異”超音波骨密度分析儀測量、閉眼單腳站立測驗及拉斐特1630穩定平衡台測量。將測驗所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗進行統計分析處理,研究結果如下:下肢關節活動度方面,規律舞蹈運動組優於無規律舞蹈運動,其中踝關節有顯著差異(p<.05)。規律舞蹈運動組膝關節肌力高於無規律舞蹈運動,其中左膝關節肌力達顯著差異(p<.05)。規律舞蹈運動組在體脂肪重、去脂體重、基礎代謝率、腰臀圍比與骨礦含量雖未達顯著,但舞蹈運動組身體組成分析部份低於無規律舞蹈運動組。骨質密度測量左右跟骨骨密度達顯著差異(p<.05)。動態平衡能力平衡次數雖未達顯著,但舞蹈運動組平衡能力高於無規律舞蹈運動組。在靜態平衡能力上之非慣用腳閉眼單腳站立部分,雖未達顯著,但舞蹈運動組平衡能力高於無規律舞蹈運動組平均數。根據研究結果,長期規律舞蹈運動可以提升中老年人女性下肢主動關節活動度、膝關節肌力、平衡能力與降低身體質量指數與體脂肪率,以及減緩流失或保存骨質密度的效益。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of Lower Extremity Range of Motion (ROM), Knee Muscle Strength, Bone Mineral Density (BMD) and Balance in middle-aged and elderly women engaged in Community Dance exercise. Twenty-six participants in exercise group and ten participants in non-exercise group respectively, aged from 40 to 75 years old, were asked to perform the Lower Extremity ROM, Jihsense, type:RT-100, range:100Nm for knee muscle strength, In Body 720 Body Composition Analysis for body composition, “ GE ” BONE Ultrasounmeter for bone mass density, one-leg stance test with eye-closed for static balance and Model 16030 Lafayette Instrument for dynamic balance. All the data were collected and analyzed with independent-samples t test. The results are shown as follows: The Lower Extremity ROM of Community Dance exercisers were better than those of non- Community Dance exercise, especially there was a significant difference in the ROM of ankle (p<.05). In addition, left knee muscle strength was significantly higher in Community Dance exercisers than in non- Community Dance exercisers (p<.05). Although there were no significant differences in the analysis of body composition and balance between two groups, the BMD of Community Dance exercisers was significantly higher than that of non- Community Dance exercise (p<.05). According to the aforementioned results, Community Dance exercise can enhance the Middle-aged and elder women’s ability of Lower Extremity ROM, Knee Muscle Strength, Balance, lower BMI and body fat, and really helps prevent the loss of bone mass density.
