探討以生物碳於高溫下安定處理二次鋁渣

To Stabilize Aluminium Dross by Using Biochar Under High Temperature

摘要


二次鋁渣是回收業再煉鋁後所不要的爐渣,目前屬於一般事業廢棄物大多以掩埋為主,會在掩埋過程中產生臭味,因此如何於掩埋或再利用前予以安定化是很重要的。而目前在國內二次鋁渣的年產量為15000公噸。二次鋁渣貯存時會造成臭味,因為二次鋁渣中的氮化鋁會與空氣中的水氣反應產生氨氣,為了改善目前二次鋁渣貯存所延伸的問題,以及碳可以還原一些物質的特性,故本研究以生物碳於高溫處理下安定二次鋁渣,進而提升二次鋁渣中鋁金屬與氧化鋁的含量以提升其再利用性。研究結果顯示利用生物碳於高溫處理二次鋁渣可提升氧化鋁的含量,元素分析結果顯示在700℃處理下氮去除率最高達67%。此外溶出試驗中也發現可溶出鋁成份隨處理條件而變,顯示原廢棄物中之氮化鋁確可變成氧化鋁,未來可將之應用於明礬製備中。以純氧化鋁與廢溶液製備鉀明礬時,在80mL的1M KOH配比條件下產出最高,鈉明礬在60mL的1M NaOH配比條件下產出最高。 關鍵字:二次鋁渣、生物碳、明礬

The secondary aluminum dross is the waste generated from aluminum recycling industry after screening out fine by-product of aluminum, and the popular treatment of secondary aluminum dross belonging to general industrial waste is disposal by landfill. When the land filled secondary aluminum dross meet with moisture it will emit odor gases, therefore how to stabilize prior landfill or reuse it is more important. The annual production of secondary aluminum dross is 15,000 tons. With the present research, we would like to improve the extension of secondary aluminum dross storage problems and the fact that carbon can be the restored for some matters, so this study is aimed to stabilize secondary aluminum dross with biochar generated under high temperatures, after stabilization with carbon, the alumino-oxide content will increase. Results of element analyzer and XRD showed that a 67% of nitrogen was removed from the fresh secondary aluminum dross produced at 700Cº. In addition, the leaching tests indicate that the nitrogen alumina in the waste actually transforms into alumino-oxide. The stabilized waste can be used as raw material for manufacturing the alums. In the pretesting experiment of the preparation of potassium, alum by using pure alumino oxide and spent wasted liquids the results shown that in 1M concentration of KOH about 80ML is the highest ratio of output conditions. The concentration of sodium alum at 1M NaOH 60ML of the highest ratio of output under the conditions. Keywords: Aluminium dross, Biochar, Alum
