摘要

《易經》是中國最重要的一部古籍經典，內容富涵人生哲理與宇宙萬象，然而由於其內容不易被直接研讀理解，因此大多數人難以去一窺《易經》之偉大內涵堂奧，本創作研究針對《易經》中之太極、五行、八卦等意象，鑽研其相關資料，整理出各意象代表性之視覺表徵元素，以符號演繹之模式進行視覺創作之研究，透過視覺化之創作的語彙以及構成形式，完成易經哲思、太極演繹、五行生剋、五行陣、五行文字碑、五行文字獄、八卦意象、八卦陣之八大議題四十三件作品之創作展示，將《易經》用比較容易被親近的方式介紹給大眾，也藉此創作研究過程加深創作者對於先民典籍中智慧之體悟，並啟發個人對《易經》的深層省思，也期使自己在未來能更以此次創作體驗為基礎，延續與擴大將來各領域創作之深度與廣度。

“I Ching” is one of the most important oldest Chinese classic texts. It contains abundant life philosophy and universal panorama. As a result of the difficulty of understanding, most people are hard to see the whole picture of “I Ching” great connotation. In this study, we try to employ the images of Tai Chi, Wu Xing, and 8 trigrams from “I Ching” on visual creation. Through collecting related documents and sorting each visual symbol with represented meanings to investigate visual creation.

By visualized vocabulary and constitute formation to achieve eight main topics and 43 pieces works including I Ching Puzzle, Tai Chi Deduction, Wu Xing Grandfather-Nephew, Wu Xing Position, Wu Xing Letter Stele, Wu Xing Letter Prison, 8 trigrams Meanings, and 8 trigrams Position to introduce “I Ching” to people in a easily way. Moreover, in the process of creation also reinforce the cognition of former creators and arouse self-examination. To regard as a footstone, in the future, author will continue and expand this spirit to create a more deeply and comprehensive works.
