部落格介面設計之使用性探討

摘要

越來越多的人利用網際網路來尋找他們所需的資訊，也因此網站成為了人們透過網路取得資訊的必要管道。部落格近年來越來越普及化，因此也有許多以部落格為主體的應用研究，而部落格屬於網站的一種，且網站介面一直以來都是相當多人探討的一個問題，但是卻少有著重於部落格介面的相關研究，因此本研究便打算以部落格介面為研究重點，利用使用性評估探討部落格上影響瀏覽者的因素，進而設計出一套符合較佳使用性之部落格介面。 本研究著重於探討部落格介面對於瀏覽者的影響，研究分為前置與後測兩大階段：(1) 以啟發式評估法探討出部落格介面對於影響瀏覽者的因素，利用System Usability Scale系統使用性尺度量表驗證影響的因素；(2) 以前置研究的結果及網站介面設計作為基礎，並以Wordpress部落格為平台建立兩套部落格樣版，利用QUIS問卷比較本研究所提出之樣版以及部落格服務商提供之版型。最後以統計方法驗證出四點結果：(1) 透過啟發式評估的結果得知，目前瀏覽者認為呈現資訊的內容區塊才是影響的重點；(2) 根據前置研究資料，取得最佳版型以及最佳視覺組合；(3)分析QUIS問卷五大面向，了解最符合使用性之部落格版型；(4) 針對QUIS五大面向，逐一分析，取得顯著性的結論。 本研究利用使用性評估以及遵守網站介面設計準則的方式，提出使用性較高的部落格介面，期望能給予部落格使用者以及部落格服務商一個正向有用的建議，藉此幫助瀏覽者順利的透過部落格來取得所需的資訊。

More and more people got information they need through used Internet. So, website become a necessary way which the user used to get the information. Blog, at now, become more and more popular, so that there are more and more research exampled by Blogs. Blogs belong to website, and the web interface is a popular issue, but there is little study which discusses the interface of Blogs. So, we focus on the interface of Blogs, and use usability evaluation to discuss the factors what would affect to suffers, and design a user interface with usability.
In this paper, we focus on the effects of blog interface to surfers, there are two major phases that previous test and last test in this paper :(1) Using Heuristic Evaluation to explore the factors in blog interface which would affect to blog visitors and used System Usability Scale to prove which factors would affect to blog visitors; (2) Based on the result of previous test and web user interface design guideline, we used Wordpress to be platform and built two blog templates, and used QUIS questionnaires to compare with the templates which we proposed and the other blog template which provide by a blog service. After statistical analysis, we have four results below :(1) According to the result of heuristic evaluation, surfers don’t have lots views to blog’s templates, but they think the content block of blogs is the major factor.(2) According to the data of previous test, we have the best template and group.(3) After analysis five quarters of QUIS questionnaires, we known the template which with more usability.(4)Focus on the five quarters of QUIS questionnaires, we got significant conclusion of this study.
This study used usability evaluation and web interface design guideline to proposed a blog interface with usability, we wish that we could give an available suggestion to bloggers and blog services so that it could help blog visitors to get the information they want.
