本研究將針對高雄市中學生,擁有智慧型手機且可上網的用戶的人際互動關係行為與改變情形做調查。本研究將採用問卷調查法,以2014年高雄地區中學生為樣本,採用問卷調查法,總共發放問卷1402份,刪除無效問卷25份及未使用LINE App 292份之後,共有1085份有效問卷,有效回收率達九成以上。本研究以此作為母群體,並以SPSS 20.0中文版來進行資料分析,所採用之統計方法包括描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關。受測學生中,男女生人數國高中人數皆相當;每週使用時間在三小時以下較多;朋友數集中在百人以下。本研究結果主要發現如下: 一、在性別上女性比男性對於LINE App所提供的功能認為較能符合其需求,亦比男性有較高度的使用程度。 二、中學生中以高中生有較高度的使用程度。 三、不同年級之受訪者在各研究構面中皆有顯著差異。 四、每週使用LINE App與人溝通時間較長之中學生在各研究構面中皆有顯著差異。 五、在LINE中朋友人數較多之中學生在各研究構面中皆有顯著差異。 六、「使用LINE App知覺易用性」與「使用LINE App知覺有用性」有正相關性。 七、「使用LINE App知覺有用性」與「APP使用行為意圖」有正相關性。 八、「使用LINE App知覺易用性」與「APP使用行為意圖」有正相關性。 九、「APP使用行為意圖」與「LINE App使用程度」有正相關性。 十、「LINE App使用程度」與「人際關係」有正相關性。 十一、「使用LINE App知覺有用性」與「LINE App使用程度」有正相關性
This study investigates the relation between high school smartphone users and their interpersonal relationships with friends in Kaohsiung area. A questionnaire survery is adopted and data are collected. A total of 1402 samples were issued, 1377 samples were collected , among these collected samples , there are 1085 effective samples. The effective samples are analyzed by SPSS20. Descriptive statistics, analysis of variances, independent-test and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient are used. The results are listed below: 1. Female users are more fitted in the function of LINE APP than males. 2. Senior high school students has higher utilization on LINE APP than junior high school students. 3. Age is the modulate factor of all constructs. 4. The utilization time is the modulate factor of all constructs. 5. The number of friends in LINE APP is the modulate factor of all constructs. 6. Perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness for the LINE App are positive correlated. 7. Perceived usefulness and behavioral intention are positive correlated. 8. Perceived ease-of-use and behavioral intention are positive correlated. 9. Behavioral intention and the utilization of LINE App are positive correlated. 10. The utilization of the LINE App and the interpersonal relationships with friends are positive correlated. 11. Perceived usefulness for the LINE App users and the utilization of the LINE App are positive correlated.
