影響國中生學習表現之因素的探討

Analysis on Factors Affecting Learning Performance of Junior High School Students

摘要


本研究主要探討導師領導風格、家庭教育資源、班級氣氛、學習態度與個人特質對學習表現的影響,針對高雄市某國民中學學生學習表現進行調查分析,並以SPSS12.0與LISREL8.54等統計軟體來分析相關資料,找出各構面的關聯性。 研究結果顯示,導師的領導風格中,不論是轉化領導或是互易領導皆對學生學習表現存在負向影響。而導師領導風格又對班級氣氛有明顯的正向影響,至於導師領導風格則對學生學習態度沒明顯影響;家庭教育資源則是明顯對學生學習表現與學生學習態度產生正向的影響;班級氣氛則對學生學習態度呈現正向影響,至於班級氣氛則與學生學習表現沒有明顯影響。學生學習態度則是對學生學習表現有明顯正向影響。 至於學生個人特質部分,年級、性別與家中排行對學生學習表現沒有明顯差異。但在零用錢、主要扶養者與主要扶養者職業部分則存在明顯差異。

This study try to investigate the impact of advisors' leadership style, household educational resources, classroom atmosphere, learning attitude, and personal characteristics on students’ learning performance. Based on an investigation of students’ learning performance in the Monthly test of one junior high school in Kaohsiung City. This study try to explore the relationship between these variables. Statistics software SPSS12.0 and LISREL8.54 are used to analyze the collected data. Results reveals that advisors' leadership style, either transformational leadership or transactional leadership, has negative effect on students’ learning performance. However, advisors’ leadership style has positive effect on classroom atmosphere and no direct impact on students' learning attitude. Household educational resources has positive effect on students’ learning performance and learning attitude. Classroom atmosphere has positive effect on learning attitude but no direct impact on students’ learning performance. Learning attitude has positive effect on learning attitude. At personal characteristics, results reveals that students in different grades, gender, and ranking in the family have no difference in their learning performance. But students with different pocket money, main breadwinner and main breadwinner’ occupation have siginificant difference in their learning performance.
