多功能連網工控閘道器之研究與發展

摘要


由於科技發展快速,現今的工業生產大多自動化,透過工業監控技術不僅僅能有效的控制生產系統運作,還可監視各系統狀態等優點,但早期工業監控系統由於體積龐大以及沒有合適的通訊系統,因此其建置地點與操作地點均有所限制,造成被監控裝置的相關資訊無法有效率地收集與整合。 隨著近年來嵌入式系統發展迅速與Internet網路普及化,整合多項功能的遠端監控系統已成為未來工業監控系統發展的主流。本論文即以嵌入式工業電腦為發展平台,進行多功能連網工控閘道器之開發。本系統可針對多個設備進行監控,並提供資料收集、發佈、管理等功能。此外,本系統可透過行動網路或其他接取網路與Internet連線,達到遠端監控的目的,提供更加快速與便利的管理功能。

Because of quick development in technologies, most procedures of industrial production are automated. The industrial monitoring systems not only control the operations of the production systems but also monitor the performance and abnormal events of them. Due to the large volume of early industrial monitoring systems and lack of adequate communication systems, their settled and operating location were limited and the information of monitored devices could not be efficiently collected and integrated. In recent years, because of quick development in the technologies of embedded systems and popularization in Internet, integrating multiple functions on remote monitoring systems has become one of the important trends in the development of industrial monitoring systems. In this thesis, an embedded industrial computer is used as the development platform to implement a networking multifunctional industrial gateway. The proposed system can concurrently monitor multiple devices, and provide data gathering, data publishing, and data management. In addition, it can connect to Internet via mobile networks or other access networks to achieve remote monitoring as well as fast and convenient management functions.
