The Relationship between Service Quality and Citizen Satisfaction of Land Transaction Services in Ha Giang City Vietnam

Ha Giang City was built up and born since 2010 as from the upgrades of Ha Giang Town. The total square size of the city is more than 130 kilometer square with the total citizens of 67,00 people and they are living in all areas of the city but the population density is very low compared to other cities and provinces in Vietnam. The objective of this study is to evaluate current position of citizen satisfaction towards land transaction services in Ha Giang City and it also helps to determine which factors that have significant impact to the level of citizen satisfaction. To do that, quantitative research method is applied with data is obtained from survey of questionnaire with 300 people who have had land transaction services before and who have intention to make land transaction services in the future. The study shows that perceived service quality has significant impacts to citizen satisfaction.
