品質機能展開是一個系統性設計方法,本身具有多項優點。本研究探討品質機能展開與多項設計方法之後,以品質機能展開為主要架構,修改局部項目,整合各設計方法之優點,建構一個整合式的設計方法,並以簡報器為案例進行實際演練。 研究結果顯示,經由各種設計方法所獲得的項目,有其特點及優點,且在某些程度上具有重複性及侷限性。其中操作分析,能夠發現使用者本身已經習慣的操作行為,並記錄其優劣缺失;而訪談法可以獲得使用者對現有產品的意見及改良點;機能模型及機能分析則能夠有效的地找到使用者的潛在需求;而劇本法分析能夠針對顧客需求項目修改、確認及擴大解答及構想,是相當有效用的驗證工具。 在設計作業中進行多種設計分析方法,能產生二種效果,其一為聚焦重複的項目、其二為獲得擴散的潛在項目。因此本研究認為設計作業應以品質機能展開為核心,局部的採用操作分析、訪談法、機能分析、機能模型及魚骨圖等分析法,完整的取得顧客需求項目及設計項目;再經過劇本法的驗證,及KJ法、Kano’s Model及AHP三種分析法才能深入的獲得項目之特性;最後採用腦力激盪的手法,融合全部的資料,最後制定出設計項目的目標值。
Quality Function Deployment is a systematic design methodscommonly used by designers. It has many advantages, but disadvantagessuch as details of the fuzzy operation, complex calculations. First, this study was to investigate many design methods, and then propose an integration of design methods. Integrate of advantages of various design methods, construct complete architecture of Integration of Design Methods, and finally exemplified by a design plan of Remote Laser Pointer. According to the results, the items, customer needs and projects obtained by design method, has the characteristics, advantages, limitations and repeatability.Therefore, the design works use the Integrtion of Design Methods can be received two effects, the first focus duplicated projects, the second to obtain diffusion potential projects. Operational analysis can be found in the behavior of the users have become accustomed. Interviews can be obtained some advice and improved points for existing products. Function Models and Function Analysis can be effectively found user potential demands. Scenario can be confirmed and expanded the customer needs. In the Competitive product analysis, the design projects only be discussed cannot be graded. The target setting of design projects can be used simple methods- Brainstorming.
