由活性污泥固體物通量分析探討二級沉澱池操作與調整策略

摘要


本研究主要目的為了解工業區污水廠及都市污水處理廠之活性污泥沉降特性,並結合固體物通量理論(Solid Flux Thoery),針對各案例實廠;全興下水道營運中心、斗六下水道營運中心及台中市廍子水資源中心,三廠之活性污泥的沉降性不同,進而了解各廠二級沉澱池之操作現況及操作策略之調整。 實驗過程分別使用容積為1L之錐形沉降量筒及容積35.572 L圓柱形沉降筒進行各廠七種不同活性污泥之濃度的SV30試驗,結果發現全興廠的在常態操作模式,二級沉澱池的總固體物通量為82 kg/m2-d,此時底部之沉積污泥濃度為8.5 g/L,藉由泵送的固體物通量為60.5 kg/m2-d,且污泥沉降速度在污泥濃度4,000 mg/L以上時有明顯的減緩,固體物通量之最大值也分別落在4,000及6,000 mg/L,顯示出全興廠曝氣池濃度控制約在4,000~6,000 mg/L為較佳狀態。斗六廠的氧化渠濃度6,000 mg/L時,活性污泥的沉降性開始變差,污泥沉降速度最為緩慢,固體物通量之最大值濃度也為6,000 mg/L,顯示出濃度應控制在6,000 mg/L。廍子廠的污泥容積指標SVI數值介於98.4~193.1ml/g之間,污泥沉降速度於污泥濃度高於4,000 mg/L有顯著的下降,固體物通量的最大值落在5,000 mg/L,顯示出此案例廠的曝氣池濃度控制約在4,000 mg/L為較佳狀態。

The main purpose of this research is order to understand the settling feature of activated sludge in industrial waste water treatment plant or domestic Wastewater Treatment plant by solid flux theory. There are three research cases; Chuansing industrial wastewater treatment plant、Douliou industrial wastewater treatment plant and Buzi wastewater treatment plant. Due to the activated sludge presents difference of settling in each case, which clarifying manipluative condition and strategic operation in secondary sedimentation. The 1liter conical graduate and 35.572 liter graduated cylinder are used in SV30 test which have seven different concentrations of activated sludge. To sum up with Chuansing , the total solid flux is 82 kg/m2-d, the concentration in bottom settling sludge is 8.5 g/L, settling velocity has obvious decrease when sludge concentration exceeds 4,000 g/L, and maximum solid flux point out better condition when activated sludge concentration between 4,000 to 6,000 mg/L in secondary sedimentation. The result of Doliue, the activate sludge settling and velocity are getting worse, the maximum solid flux is 6,000 mg/L when the sludge concentration is around 6,000 mg in oxidation ditch outflow. On the other hand, although the settling velocity has declined while activated sludge concentration is bigger than 4000 mg/L, the sludge volume index is between 98.4~193.1 ml/g, than illustrated in case study of Buzi has proper sludge settling. It presents the activated sludge concentration is viewed as good manipulative condition when aeration tank concentration is about 4,000 mg/L.
