按鍵作業之按壓頻率與亮燈模式對工作負荷之影響

摘要


工作負荷(Workload)指單位時間所承受的工作量,包括生理工作負荷和心理工作負荷。長期處於過重之精神或體力負荷下,除會增加工作者壓力、造成情緒與身體上的負面反應之外,亦會影響工作績效和生產力。本研究之目的為評估性別、亮燈模式、按壓頻率對按鍵作業作業人員之生理及心理的影響。 本研究利用生理回饋模組、肌電訊號量測模組及主觀不舒適量表、主觀知覺施力量表與美國國家航空暨太空總署作業負荷指標法(National aeronautics and space administration task load index, NASA-TLX),探討不同亮燈模式(順序與隨機)及不同的頻率(10次/min、30次/min及50次/min)情況對8名男性與8名女性受測者的生心理及主觀感受度之影響。生理指標包括皮膚導電反應、末梢指溫溫度、血流容量脈動、心搏率、肌電訊號、閃光融合閾值。心理指標包括主觀不舒適、主觀知覺施力、主觀心智負荷、主觀體力負荷、主觀時間負荷、主觀績效表現、主觀精神消耗及主觀挫折程度。 研究結果顯示,性別、不同按壓頻率對受測者之皮膚導電反應、心搏率、肌電訊號皆有顯著性之影響。女性的心搏率及肌電訊號較男性高。高按壓頻率時,皮膚導電反應、心搏率及肌電訊號皆較中、低頻率為高。隨機亮燈模式時,皮膚導電反應及肌電訊號較順序亮燈模式為高。主觀感受度方面,受測者認為在高按壓頻率時,主觀不舒適度與主觀知覺施力程度較高。隨機亮燈模式時,主觀不舒適度較高。

Workload, including physical workload and psychological workload, refers to the amount of work exposed per unit of time. Long term exposure to heavy mental or physical load will not only increase worker’s stress but also result in negative reactions in the body. It will also affect job performance and productivity. The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of gender, lighting pattern, and pressing frequency for simulated push-button operation on physical and psychological effects. This study used Biofeedback Xpert 2000 module, Biopac MP150 module, and Borg-CR10、Borg-RPE、NASA-TLX questionnaire to investigate the effects of lighting patterns (sequential and random) and frequencies (10 per/min, 30 per/min and 50 per/min) on the physical and psychological responses and subjective responses for eight men and eight women. Physical indexes included skin conductance level, skin temperature, blood volume pulse, pules rate, electromyography and Critical Fusion Frequency. Psychological responses included subjective discomfort, Rating of Perceived Exertion, mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, effort, frustration level. The results showed that the gender, pressing frequency and lighting pattern have significant effects on skin conductance level, pules rate, and EMG signal. Woman''s physical indexs including pulse rate and EMG signal are higher than men, indicating higher workload. High pressing frequency significantly increase the skin conductivity level, pules rate and EMG signal. Random lighting pattern significantly increase the skin conductance level and EMG signal than the sequential light pattern. Subjective evaluation of the subjects show that high pressing frequency increased perceivd discomfort and exertion. Random lighting pattern increased perceivd discomfort.
