The aim of this research examines a study of cognitions and behavioral intentions of domestic tour package for family on domestic travel packages to residents living in the country as the object of study. The design of this study was used questionnaires and Convenience Sampling to analysis data. All of 400questionnaires were mainly delivered by the research and returned immediately. After data analysis the valid questionnaires were 428, the effective response rate was 96.75, from 1st, May., 2015 to 19th, May., 2015. The results of this research as follows: 1. There are significant differences in age, marital status, place of residence and other personal factors in different background variables in cognition. 2. There are significant differences in age, place of residence and other personal factors in different background variables in behavioral intentions. 3. Residents have a significant impact on cognitive and behavioral intentions of domestic package tour. Based on the findings, this study has some suggestions for further study: 1.Expand the sample quantity and sample quantity sources. 2.Examines of market segmentation study. 3. Government and industry-related measures. 4. Qualitative research conducted together with quantitative research.
