少子女化趨勢下幼兒園的因應策略

The Study on the Management Strategies of Preschool under the Trend of Low Born Rate

摘要

本文以文獻分析及個案訪談，探討少子女化趨勢對幼兒園的影響與其因應之道，以迎接少子女化對幼兒園經營的衝擊。透過訪談所得資料，進行分析與歸納，研究結果發現如下：
少子女化對幼兒園實際的影響：學生來源減少，直接衝擊幼兒園生態，造成幼兒園的經營危機，這一波波浪潮中，教育資源失衡，幼兒園供過於求，有的面臨減班與招生困難，幼兒園紛紛提升市場競爭力以吸引家長與幼兒就讀。
幼兒園面臨少子女化現象，所採取的因應策略：包括提升幼兒園服務品質、改變傳統經營模式、多角化經營、運用人力資源、提升教師專業形象、創造優質工作環境、結合在地文化與在地資源、開發運用家長資源、定期更新各項軟硬體設備與強化招生策略。根據上述研究發現，本研究者提出相關建議。

Through literature review and individual interviews, this paper explored the impact of low born rate on preschools and their response to this trend in order to prepare strategies to mitigate this impact. The information collected through the interviews was analyzed and summarized, and the following results were obtained:
1. The actual impact of low born rate on preschools: The decrease in new
students had a direct impact on preschool ecology, causing these preschools to experience a management crisis. Because of this trend, preschool resources became imbalanced, as the supply of preschools exceeded the demand, thereby creating challenges for preschools such as being forced to reduce the number of classes and having difficulty in enrolling students. Preschools had to enhance their market competitiveness in order to attract parents and children to the school.
2. The response strategies adopted by preschools to adapt to the trend of low
born rate include the following: enhancing preschool service quality, changing traditional business models, diversifying operations, effectively utilizing human resources, enhancing the professional image of teachers, creating a conducive working environment, integrating with local culture and resources, developing and utilizing parent resources, regularly updating to new software and hardware, and creating enrollment strategies. Based on the above findings, this paper proposed relevant recommendations.
