國中教師休閒參與、休閒滿意度與工作壓力關係之研究

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解國中教師休閒參與、休閒滿意度與工作壓力之關係,並分析不同背景變項在八個變項上之差異。本研究以「國中教師休閒參與、休閒滿意度與工作壓力問卷」為研究工具,其內容包括基本資料、休閒活動參與量表、休閒滿意度量表、工作壓力量表等四個部分。調查以雲林縣所公立國中教師為研究對象,總計發出320份問卷,回收285份,有效問卷為276份,有效問卷回收率約為87%。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS12.0中文版執行,採用描述性統計、T考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關積差等統計分析後獲得以下結果:(一)國中教師休閒活動參與及工作壓力的現況屬中等偏低程度;國中教師對休閒滿意程度相當高,在中上程度。(二) 不同背景變項國中教師在休閒活動參與上部份達顯著差異。(三)不同背景變項國中教師在休閒滿意度上部份達顯著差異。(四)不同背景變項國中教師在工作壓力上部份達顯著差異。(五)國中教師休閒參與和休閒滿意度呈現顯著正相關;國中教師休閒滿意度和工作壓力呈現顯著負相關。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機關、學校及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字:休閒參與、休閒滿意度、工作壓力

The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationships between leisure articipationandsatisfaction, and the job stress of the junior high schoolteachers in Yunlin County. To analyze the differences in demographics in theseareas and discuss the relationships between them, the researcher applieddocumentary analyses,questionnaires, and interviews to gather the first-handresearch data. The questionnaires were composed of the background of the junior high school Teachers’ leisure participation, the rating scale of attitudes toward Teachers’ leisure participation and satisfaction, and the obstacles to the job stress. There were 320 questionnaires given out, and 276 effective ones returned. The retrieved probability was 87%. The collected data were analyzed with respects to descriptive statistics, test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product moment correlation with the use of SPSS program (Windows 12.0). The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The points of Teachers’ leisure participation and job stress in Yunlin County were below the average. The points of Teachers’ leisure satisfaction were above the average. 2. There was no obvious difference in the population statistics variables of teachers’ leisure participation regarding junior high school teachers. 3. There was no significant difference in the population statistics variables of teachers’job stress toward junior high school teachers. 4. There was no obvious difference in the population statistics variables of teachers’ job stress regarding elementary school teachers. 5. Speaking as a whole, Teachers’ leisure participation and leisure satisfaction had a positive correlation. Teachers’ leisure satisfaction and job stress had anegative correlation. Due to the results of this study, several suggestions have been made to the educational administration organizations and schools. Further studies were made. Hopefully the study will benefit the junior high school teachers’ participation in leisure activities. Key Words: leisure participation, leisure satisfaction, job stress
