移圈織襪機性能改善之探討

摘要


由於織襪機械屬於精密機械的一環,在高速運作過程中會產生振動、扭曲、受力變形等問題,這會讓織襪機的移圈功能失效,進而造成織物品質的不穩、材料的耗損,這對企業來說是不想樂見的,因此藉由數值化的分析加以預測與改善以提高織襪機的效能。 本研究使用有限元素法,針對移圈織襪機進行模態分析,其結果作為設計改善的依據。分析結果發現低頻率皆發生在電腦控制箱部分,因此針對此部分進行改善,以避免電控箱產生共振造成上部編織元件的不穩定。

As a precision machine, the socks knitting machine will result in vibration, distortion and deformation by force during the high-speed operation. As a result, the loop-transfer function of the socks knitting machine may fail and cause fabric quality instability, material wear and tear, which are undesirable to the manufacturers. To address this problem, numerical analysis has been employed to forecast and improve the performance of the socks knitting machine. This study used FEM to conduct modal analysis of the loop-transfer socks knitting machine, and the results can serve as the basis for design improvement. According to the analysis results, low frequency occurs in the part of computer control box. Hence, this part is improved to avoid the resonance of the electrical control box to prevent the resulting instability of the upper weave components.
