本研究旨在探討台中市國中生休閒參與、課業壓力與學業成就關係,並了解不同背景變項之台中市國中生休閒參與、課業壓力與學業成就之差異情形。以台中市市立國中生為研究對象,以班級為單位,採叢集抽樣方式進行問卷調查,共發放1440份正式問卷,回收有效樣本數共計1061份,有效回收率為73.68%,所得資料經描述性統計、交叉分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析進行資料分析,獲得結果如下:1.台中市國中生休閒參與的類型以「娛樂型」最多,課業壓力以「個人壓力」為最高,學業成就以「技能」為最高;2.課業壓力與休閒參與無顯著相關;3.休閒參與的「頻率」及「類型」能正向影響學業成就;4.「個人壓力」能正向影響學業成就,而「學校壓力」及「同儕壓力」則負向影響學業成就;5.不同背景變項之台中市國中生在休閒參與、課業壓力及學業成就上有顯著差異。最後依據研究結果及發現提出相關建議,以提供家長教育子女、學校教育單位課程規劃、學校輔導學生及後續研究者延伸之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between leisure participation, academic stress and academic achievement of junior high school students in Taichung City, and understand the variables of different backgrounds. The study samples were the junior high school students in Taichung City, the class as a unit,and using cluster sampling. A total of 1440 questionnaires were distributed, and 1061 valid retrieved, the effective rate was 73.68%. All the data was analysed with descriptive statistics, cross-analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows:1.The top type of leisure participation in Taichung junior high school students was "entertainment", the top academic stress was "personal stress", and the top academic achievement was "skill". 2.There were no significant correlation between academic stress and leisure participation. 3.Academic achievement could be a positive influence by "frequency" and "type" of leisure participation. 4.Academic achievement could be positive influence by "personal stress", and could be negative influence by "school stress" and "peer stress". 5.There were significant differences in the background variables of Taichung City junior high school students to leisure participate, academic stress and academic achievement. Finally based on the findings and the results proposed the correlation suggestion that provides the parents to educate their children, the school to plan curriculum, and the following researcher to extend the reference.
