都市家戶能資源耗用分析-以台中市為例

摘要


科技與經濟的發展,固然為人類帶來了舒適的生活,但也加速了人類對於能資源的耗用。然而地球的資源並非無限,如何能夠永續利用,成為一個重要的課題。高度的都市化發展,使得能資源耗竭的問題更行嚴重,本研究因此運用物質流的概念,針對都市家戶之能資源耗用進行探討。以便協助環保政策擬定或其他相關研究之觀察與探討。本研究參考生態足跡,將都市家戶所使用之能資源分為食品、建築、交通、消費品、其他能資源等五大項,並分別針對使用量、廢棄物量、庫存變化量、排放至外部量等四項特性進行資料盤查及數據推估。並以台中市為案例,結果顯示都市家戶所需物質資源最高之項目為建築佔總使用量47%。都市家戶的物質需求推估架構亦適用於其他城市區域,並提供未來資源管理政策擬定所需的有效資訊。

Technology advances and economy development not only improve human life, but also accelerates the consumption of resources. Since the s resources on Earth are limited, how to utilize these resources sustainably becomes an important issue. The trend of global urbanization increase the demands on resources and worsen resource depletion problem. This study applied the concept of material flow to estimate the resources consumed for an urban household, which provided solid information for environmental policy making or relevant research afterwards. Based on the groups of ecological footprint, the resources used by an urban household in this study classified into five categories, including food, construction, transportation, consumer products and energy. In addition, the amounts of material used, inventory changed, waste generated and discharged to environment were analyzed, respectively. A case study of Taichung City was demonstrated. The results indicated that the highest category for an urban household resources consumption because of dwelling, which explained 47% amounts of total use. The structure to estimate materials expensed for a urban household is also applicable to other urban areas , which can provide information for further resource management policy making.
