本研究旨在探討靈性成長與幼教事業經營,研究者以一位經營幼教事業的園長為研究對象,目的在瞭解該位園長邁入靈性成長的過程,包含她的靈性成長方法與自我覺醒的歷程,以及靈性成長於幼教事業經營的運用。 研究者採半結構深度訪談方式進行研究,主要的研究工具有研究者、錄音筆、訪談紀錄。資料蒐集主要有觀察記錄、訪談記錄、電話聯繫記錄、電子郵件紀錄。資料分析以反覆閱讀相關資料後藉由概念建構分類,歸納出不同的主題,彙整出研究結果,發現如下: 一、研究對象邁入靈性成長的過程:此歷程分為無感期、困惑期、渴望期、行動期四個階段。 二、研究對象靈性成長方法與自我覺醒的歷程:靈性成長的方法分為外在與內在的訓練,以達身心靈的平衡,開發個人靈性能量。自我覺醒歷程分靈性初探;靈性感召;靈性體悟三階段。 三、研究對象靈性成長於幼教事業經營的影響:領導運用對團隊的影響、知能提升與課程理念、穿透事業困境三部分述之。
This study was to explore a preschool principle’s spiritual growthand management of early childhoodeducation career. The following themes were discussed: the methods of spiritual growth she applied, thecourse of self-awareness, and the application of spiritual growth in early childhood education career management. Deeply semi-structured interview was applied for thestudy. The main research toolswere researcher, voice recorder and interview records. The collected information data included observation records, interview records, telephone records and e-mail records. The results of the study founded were asthe follows: First, the process of her spiritual growth included four stages asinsensibility period, confusion period, desiringperiod and action period. Second, methods for spiritual growth included external and internal training to achieve integration of body, mind and spirit, and to develop personal spiritual energy.The journey of self-awareness could be divided into3 stages:spiritual exploration, spiritual inspiration, and spiritual perception. Third, the influence of spiritual growth on early childhood education career managementwas summarized as 3parts: leadership application on the team, knowledge to enhance the curriculum concepts, and abilities to breakthrough difficulties.
