台中地區公教人員風險管理、理財態度及退休理財規劃之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討公教人員風險管理、理財態度及退休理財規劃之關係,及不同背景變項的差異情形。為達成研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,並以台中地區公教人員為研究對象,總計有效問卷共253份。根據問卷填答結果,以敘述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關等方法進行資料分析。 根據資料分析,本研究結論如下: 一、公務員的理財態度比教師傾向穩健型及積極型;男性的公教人員理財態度傾向積極型;已婚之公教人員傾向保守型;高中職學歷的公教人員,趨向積極型理財態度之程度高於研究所以上學歷;平均月收入「40001至60000元」的公教人員,趨向積極型理財態度。 二、理財目標在職別與性別有顯著差異;投資工具的選擇在職別、性別與平均月收入等有顯著差異;退休規劃在服務年資有顯著差異。 三、公教人員理財態度愈積極,其在退休理財規劃的表現愈明顯。 最後,綜合研究結論,針對公教人員、主管機關及未來研究發展提出具體建議。 關鍵字:公教人員、理財態度、退休理財規劃

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relevance of government employees’ and school staff’s risk management, financial attitude and retirement planning and how different they are with environment and background variables. In order to reach the studyprupose, this study chose survey method. The study objects are the government employees and school staff in Taichung. The effective samples are 253 in total. According to the result of the questionnaire, the analysis methods of data are operated by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance of analysis, Pearson’s product-moment correlation method. Based on the analyzed data, the conclusions of the study are drawn as follows: 1. Government employees in financial attitude more inclined to be moderate and aggressive than school staff, male government employees and school staff in financial attitude inclined to be aggressive, married government employees and school staff in financial attitude inclined to be conservative, government employees and school staff who graduate from high school tend to be aggressive in financial attitude which is higher than those who graduate from master's degree, average monthly income 40,001〜60,000 dollars’ government employees and school staff tend to be aggressive in financial attitude. 2. People in different position and gender have remarkable different reasons for financial goals, people in different position, gender and average monthly income have remarkable different factors for choice of investment tools, people in different anual salary have remarkable different in retirement planning. 3. The more positive the government employees’ and school staff’ financial attitude is, the higher their degree of implementation of retirement planning would be. Finally, base on the study results, specific suggestions are proposed for government employees and school staff, administrative organization, and future research developments.
