智慧型手機態度及使用行為與成癮之研究-以台中市高中職學生為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討台中市高中職學生使用智慧型手機態度、使用行為與成癮之關係,並比較不同背景變項之差異情形。以102學年度台中市高中職在學學生為研究對象,採便利抽樣進行資料之蒐集,共計發放 1031 份問卷,回收有效問卷共 768 份,有效回收率達 74.4%,所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析及多元同時迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析,獲得結果如下:高中職學生在智慧型手機態度以「信心」及「有用性」較高,使用行為則以「基礎行為」為主,而成癮傾向以「強迫性」為最高;不同背景變項之高中職學生在智慧型手機態度、使用行為與成癮皆有顯著差異。研究發現,台中市高中職學生智慧型手機態度之「信心」、「喜歡」及「有用性」得分愈高其使用行為愈強;智慧型手機態度的「焦慮」及「喜歡」的程度越高成癮傾向越強,而學生使用智慧型手機以態度「有用性」做為考量則成癮的傾向愈低;若以「娛樂行為」及「社交行為」做為使用行為之主要考量則會增加成癮傾向。最後依據研究結果及發現提出相關建議,以提供政府制定相關規定、學校輔導學生及後續研究者延伸之參考。

Abstract This reaserch was aimed to inquire into the relation of the using attitude to smart phone, using behavior, and addiction of the students in senior high and vocational school students from Taichung City, and to compare the difference between different background variable. The students in senior and vocational high school in academic year 102 from Taichung City were chosen as research object. The data collection was adopted with convenience sampling. 1031 questionnaires were distributed, and 768 effective questionnaires were recalled. The effective recovery rate reaches to 74.4%. All the data was analysed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way Anova, and Pearson Correlation: Senior high and vocational school students at smartphone attitude with "confidence" and "useful" higher, usage behavior to then take "foundation behavior" as a lord, and the addiction incline to take "forced" as the highest; The students of different background variable all has the notable difference in the smartphone attitude, usage behavior and addiction. The research found that "confidence" of student's smartphone attitude in Taichung City, "like" and "useful" get a goal more high it uses the behavior more strong; The "worry anxiously" of smartphone attitude and the degree more high addiction "like" inclines to more higher, and student's getting smartphone to work to take "useful" as the consideration then the tendency of addiction is more low; if take "amusement behavior" and "social intercourse behavior" as the use consideration then will increase the addiction tendency. Finally based on the findings and the discovery proposed the correlation suggestion, provides the government to formulate the correlation stipulation, the school counsels the student and the following researcher extends the reference.
